“Pg people are very horrible and I stayed there for only 5 days but the pg lady didn’t give my money back ok that’s fine, but even she was not ready to give back my full deposit of 6k she said she will deduct 2k for the maintenance & I asked in 5 days what kind of maintenance your taking later she said ok she will deduct 1k after a lot of arguments she gave me my money back.I paid 7.5k rent per month but she gave a horrible room, I have shared some images for that kind of room she was asking maintenance to me 😂”

“These ppl are just trying to get money from people, their behavior is so worst and nothing works in the pg, there is no power back up, most of the time wifi does not work, food is bad, more ever if you are not staying their they will give your bed to someone but also take Money from you, doesn't even have basic human ethics.”

Anushka Nair★★★★★The people who run the PG do not pay back fair amount of money. I had gone home for some time and when I came back, I found out that they have given my room to someone else to stay to make more money. Still I didn’t fight it and asked to return the extra money for the days she gave to the other person, but they did not agree. It is not called checking out if the key to the room is still with me. Very bad. Not trustworthy.

Rincy Sharma★★★★★I stayed in the PG for more than two years and recently left for relocation purposes. The PG is located in a quite residencial area. I was extremely happy with a peaceful and happy environment, spacious room, very clean and hygienic place. I got my own space without any interference. I was a fan of the breakfast especially. I got my security deposit back just within two days of leaving. The owners are a very nice and humble couple. They are always ready to help. I wish Aunty and Uncle very best for future :)

It was previously named as sri sai balaji pg now they have renamed it..so no pg named balaji pg exist in that lane.. I am sorry for the misunderstanding.
