“Worst worst worst! The rooms were dirty like a street side lodge. I felt room was good in video call and paid 6k advance. In reality, the place was like dumpyard. I didn’t even stay there. I just went, look and then I left. I called them to give me my 6k back and they said that it was non refundable which they never mentioned. I even have screenshots of our conversations where they never mentioned about the non refundable stuff for advance or security deposit whatever it is. Such a looters. I would never recommend this place to anyone.”

They won’t even provide basic facilities like hot water, proper food, Cleaning, Internet etc. I request you to read the below points properly. Hot water: We didn’t get hot water for 3 months. We took bath in cold water and fell sick multiple times. We told them to resolve 50+ times but we fed up about informing the issues to them at last. Food : One of the worst breakfast menu. They serve pav bhaji for breakfast. Breakfast timings is from 7 30 Am to 9 30 Am but the fact is even if you go by 9 o clock breakfast will not be there. Cleaning: Two days once cleaning. But this is for name sake. Hardly cleaners will clean come to clean the room twice a week. But it’s of no use because cleaners won’t clean the washroom. They will just go inside the washroom without any brush or anything to clean. They will just put some water on floor and flush the commode and come out. Who says this as cleaning. Internet: They will just give 105GB of data per month. That’s not enough at all. No pg gives limited data but this pg does. If you want extra data you have to recharge through their so called stanza app by paying e”

Heisenberg★★★★★All recent 5 star reviews given here are fake. This is the worst PG you can ever come across. They literally charge you for everything. Water bill - 750₹ Electricity bill - 14 ₹ per unit per day × 30 ~ = 400. Not just that it is just a Common area charges. They replaced working washing machine with their so called swashed ( laundry service). 5kg - free per month After that you will be charged 40₹ per kg. For wash n iron - it's 60₹ per kg. You will be charged for Room which varies on room electricity usages. On average you will pay around 700- 800 ₹ in total for ELECTRICITY!!! .. NO HOT WATER. They have water geaser it won't work for 10 months a year. For the last 2 years , I hardly remember when I used hot water. I used to use water heater. FOOD They provide food 2 times . Don't expect 3 times. ---++++++++---- Break fast I don't know what's the inspiration behind their terrible breakfast menu choices. THEY SERVE PAV BHAJI for a breakfast in a week ( and it's terrible). ONLY DOSA & PARATHA prepared here. All other dishes comes from central canteen. They claims two dishes - one default ( below average food) and one dish which can be served fir max 3 people. YES you read it right

Cleanliness : *There is no proper cleaning happening there. They communicated that they will clean the rooms and bathroom every alternative day. But they clean only if you start fighting with them. *Common areas are always dirty smelling. *The cleanliness of the kitchen is the worst, always filled with dirty water and all the foods are spread all over there. *There are many rats running all over the stanza living apartment, careful even if you are having breakfast, there will be rats running under your seats.. Staffs : No staffs are permanent there, as the living situation and management are not good The staff are not interested in their job with the stanza living sao paulo house. So basically we don't know whom we need to reach with a problem there. Food : initially the food was good. Later it started to change and it's worse now. Washing machine : there are 5 blocks in sao paulo house. 3 blocks has 3- 4 washing machine on the top floor of each. It's really luck if at least 1 washing machine works. Prakhar Verma★★★★★Worst place to live as a working professional. Internet speed is worse than 2g here and wifi drops or doesn't connect so often you'll be surprised. I have to at least raise 3-5 tickets per week to get that shit fixed. I literally have to go to the office everyday even though I have a hybrid mode of working. The room size is very small for 2 people and the washroom is literally the size of a matchbox. Bed are super small I'm 168 cm and my feets are always out of bed. Mattress is hard. Huge water problem even though they are charging extra in name of Buying a tanker to provide water. Water is still not there. I have 7 more video of no water there apart from one I attached. Shit ass amenities and even shittier repairs. It took them 1 week to fix flush and it broke after 4-5 days. I had to use full bucket to flush. Take local PGs nearby they are way better in all terms.

Usnish Das★★★★★I am currently residing at Stanza Sao Paulo in Hopefarm, Whitefield (Bangalore), and I want to highlight some serious issues that have made my stay extremely unpleasant and disappointing: Incorrect Room Number Mapping: The room number displayed in the Stanza app is different from the actual room number we’re living in. This causes unnecessary confusion and miscommunication. Unjustified Electricity Charges: I’m staying in a double-sharing room with my friend. We are both being charged ₹1100/month each for electricity, even though we barely spend 10 hours/day in the room due to office commitments. Our usage is minimal—just laptops, mobile phones, and the fan/light. This charge seems completely unreasonable. Resident Captain (RC) is Unhelpful: The RC, who is supposed to resolve issues, ends up creating more problems. Multiple complaints are being ignored or dismissed without resolution. Cockroach Infestation: Small cockroaches are roaming all over the room. Despite informing the RC multiple times, no proper action has been taken. After repeatedly following up, we were simply handed a bottle of liquid and told to handle it ourselves—no pest control was provided. Poor Food Quantity

The smell is unbearable — it hits you the moment you enter. Please, I’m telling you, do yourself a favour and *do not* stay here. Whatever good reviews you’ve seen? Forget them. Either fake or written by people who’ve clearly never experienced basic hygiene. The cleanliness is non-existent. I literally saw a rat run across the kitchen area where food is made. Management doesn’t care at all — they’re just here to take your money and ignore your complaints. Don’t fall for the 5-star reviews — they seem totally fake or paid for. Think about your health, your peace of mind, and just stay far away from this disgusting place.

Rishabh Verma★★★★★Worst PG, food is pathetic, no one to listen to your concerns, every second day there is water, wifi issues. They close the ticket many time without providing the resolution. They take security deposit of more than a months rent and when you leave they will cut 2000-3000 rupees as part of buying new mattress and other nonsense which they never do. And this is not even mentioned in the document that they make us sign. They are supposed to return the security deposit after 45 days we leave and they never did even after multiple follow ups breaching there their own contract. Also, the contract that they make us sign is subject to change and they change it to loot more money from us. I had to finally register a complaint in consumer forum to the department of consumer affairs post that they gave back the security deposit and that too after cutting their nonsense charge. One person left before me and still hasn't got back his security deposit, now even he will follow the same route that I did. Please save your time and money and find a better PG to live.

Even if you are hungry and ask for more, the staff will bluntly say, “We will give only this much.” This level of apathy towards basic needs is shocking. 4. Staff Behavior – Subrat (Salesperson): On the first day, Subrat was very friendly and welcoming—he made me feel at home, calling me “brother.” But from the second day onward, his behavior changed drastically.
