Worst PG I have ever seen as I am presently living at stanza davao near Acharya college for last 5 months They promised two machines at the time of joining. But for last 1 month none of machines is working. Also when it works at the same time only one machine works as per my experience in last 5 months creating problems to wash clothes. Even the lift don't work many times. In menu they show different names of meals especially for paneer dishes but it is same overtime. They don't pay their housekeeping staff at time and then the housekeeping stops working, and even sometimes leaves the job during my 5months of living this is third housekeeping person working in the PG again a big problem for residents. Worst is their customer support system who doesn't responds to problems.

Worst pg ever . The washing has not been working forever , there are rats and they run over our eating plates , the house keeper doesn't comes to clean our rooms as per schedule and when we call the management they'll say ... we'll deal with this problem asap ...... Horrible experience.

My Honest Review of Stanza Living – Davao House (After 10 Months of Staying There) Hey everyone, I usually don’t write long reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience at Stanza Living – Davao House. I stayed there for 10 months, and honestly, if you’re considering moving in — please read this first. --- 💰 Not Worth the Price — At All The rent starts at around ₹8,000, but that’s just the base. What they don’t tell you upfront is that you’ll end up paying a lot more: ₹900 every month just for electricity — for a single room. ₹200/month extra for water. Altogether, it goes over ₹9,500 per month — and that’s not including any other personal expenses. For this price, you could easily find much better PGs or hostels nearby that offer cleaner rooms, better service, and actual value for your money. --- 🍛 Food? Don't Fall for the Menu When I moved in, the menu looked great and the marketing guys really hyped up the food. Reality? Totally different. The food is below average — many times I just couldn’t eat it. Trust me, it’s not something you can survive on daily.
