Zolo Jasmin PG Near Manyata Tech Park

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PROPERTY. MISLEADING PHOTOS. I paid 10,000 in rent for a single room. This is what I got. An unclean, small room was handed over to me. 1. Dust everywhere. Room was not cleaned before handover. (Picture attached) 2. Stains on the wall all around. Looks like semen. (Picture attached) 3. Dead cockroach in cupboard. (Picture attached) 4. Vulgar things written on walls and covered with black spray paint. (Picture attached) 5. Spider webs in all corners (Picture attached) 6. Dirty fan (Picture attached) 7. Dirty side table with cup marks (Picture attached) 8. Other tenants are drying their cloths on the couch. It has got fungus and bad smell. Impossible to sit on the sofa. 9. Bedsheets and pillow cover not changed before handover. The total rent has hidden costs. After 1 day of joining I got an electricity and water bill. See attached image. Total rent 12335/- When I raised a ticket regarding the same, it was set to resolved the next day without any solution provided. The property is right next to a construction site. Good luck staying here. The bathroom is dirty and not attached to the room. The room is soo small and depressing. It is nothing like shown in picture

Rooms are small but the rent is high, Don’t fall for the charges on app…extra GST , water bill, electricity( charges are more than a AC room) is charged….anyone looking to shift here get ready to get scamed , rats and cockroaches have also booked there rooms there , the sofas in hall are puked and not cleaned for decades . Dont fall for the 5 star reviews , they where done by the housekeeper requesting in every room so that he gets a commission from the property owner…there are many pgs nearby with less price and bigger rooms and AC facilities , requesting anyone trying to come to Zolo jasmine think twice and not to fall for there online traps.

3rd class experiwnxe do not trust thwir posted pics on interneylt ,, rooms and favility is all very poor quality, rooms are tiny like bathroom.. and theu have used wide angle photography to attract customers. I jad veru bad experience.. will never opt for zolo ever..

Not a place for one who asks for value for money, Electricity bill charges will be heavy not even comparable for a single persons general usage as the property itself mentioned as commercial, So the EB needs to pay as per commercial unit usage charges, I used to pay as a individual not less then 400/-and close to 550/- during my stay from Oct-2021 to Aug-23, Regardless of this good and safe property and spacious hallways and good stay for those who do WFH or remote support,
