COLIVE MEDFORD ❌ COLIVE LOOTFORD or COLIVE FRAUDFORD✅ One of the worst PG I ever stayed, Onboarding team will convince you with some rent. Once you joined excess rent amount will get generated, manager will ask you to pay the generated rent, if we explain the things , he will say I'm not responsible for this check with billing team, if we check with billing team, they will response with rude behaviour this the actual rent we're not responsible for sales team. Sales team will not accept the call once you join here. Food is not good and most of the time not available, not even non veg. If we want to escalate further we need to raise ticket in Colive app which one response and closed the ticket. Evacuation team will care about that they want to clear the bill or evacuate us. Most of them didn't get their advance amount back. Worst!

Do not believe in this all reviews because all these are given by the staff itself. Living here for two months has been the worst experience I have ever had. No food on Sundays, no lunch, not enough food for breakfast. The elevator doesn't work. All the rooms have TV but its not working. Not recommending for anyone. Also you will not get your deposit back

I stayed at Medfort PG by Colive and had a terrible experience with their deposit refund process. They deducted my entire ₹8,500 deposit and on top of that, claimed extra ₹4,790 as dues. They added random and unreasonable charges like ₹199 for "RentOS" (which no one explained), ₹3,400 for "Repair and Maintenance" (without any prior damage), ₹6,500 as "Lock-in Period Charges" even though I completed my stay as planned, and ₹1,095 as electricity charges per bed in a two-sharing room. And the shocking part — there’s no AC, no refrigerator, no washing machine in the room! How can an electricity bill be ₹2,200 for a basic room with just lights, fan, and phone charging? No explanation or bill was provided — just random deductions at the end. Talking about the food — it’s the worst I’ve ever eaten in my life. And to make it worse, the food gets finished by 8:00 PM daily even though dinner starts at 7:30 PM. If you get late by even a few minutes, there’s nothing left for you. It honestly feels like a scam to loot people when they leave. The management is completely unhelpful when you raise these concerns. I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at Colive Medford in Bengaluru. The facilities don't match what was promised. The property managers are unresponsive, biased, and only visible when collecting rent. They also seem to neglect verifying tenant leading to people threatening for life to other tenants.

Colive ❌ scam✅ first of all don't trust what information sales person is providing you. The sales person will tell you about one amount of rent and next month you have to pay more than what you have agreed while joining. And also while joining he will say that you will get 100% deposit amount back but it's a fraud, they'll put many changes and your deposit return will be reduced to more than half. Coming to the room It was good, cleaning will happen for 2-3 days. Next frequent washing machine issues, water filter issues, hot water issues, and in 5 minutes food will get over. For any service request you have to pay the money to raise a service request. Overall Colive is a very bad experience in the city.

DO NOT move in to this Colive. Every month they add up something in the rent and ask to pay without any explanation. Street dogs roam inside the building and these dogs have bitten some residents too. Colive team take no action to remove these street dogs from inside of colive building.

Colive is totally frauds.. Time to return deposit back.. They deducted 25% + 1800 + extra other charges. I paid 20k as a deposit but received 11k as a refund.. they were given post credit chaque after 1.5 month... The washing machine is always not working, and within half an hour, food is finished even though food quality is bad. It's a total SCAM colive. Please check reviews properly. Most of 5 star reviews were taken when the first time came to properly by the manager After bad experiences, no one give possible reviews they know very well

Worst Service, Please don't prefer colive, there hidden charges is to the peak and also food come from outside vendors and the food is worst and doesn't arrive on time. After onboarding they will say that you need to pay water bill and electricity bill separately! Once your invoice is generated there is ntg you can do about it, you have to pay! Worst experience in the past 10 years of my PG life!

The rooms are good in size and spacious but other than that everything is too bad . The PG provides only breakfast and dinner and that too the quality and quantity of the food is too bad . They food gets over by half an hour as soon as it is kept . There is only 1 washing machine for the whole pg and that too it is not in a good condition . The rooms are not cleaned regularly .

This PG is the worst place to live. No management of water supply. The caretaker will never listen to your problems. They provide very bad food. Rooms are expensive and yet they will never fix any problems faced by you . They will give random reasons, and will never fix anything in your room. Many times lift doesn't work .

Read the terms and conditions and know all the details before check-in, and have the evidence too. The place is decent but, not worth the money. Whatever services they mention, most of them are just for the display, nothing works as they mention. They are just big money grabbers in a legal way. worst experience here it dose'nt provide food properly , they already cut down our deposit to 2300 from 5000 then also not giving the rest back even after nearly 3 months of leaving . Also no use in raising an issue in there app they dont even listen to your requests and just say this and that. Till now they may have scammed 1000s if maybe not lakhs of people and taken their entire deposit without giving it back. Just consider their profits. Worst word also cannot define this PG .

This review is for entire Colive PG chain. “One should do business for people’s good not for money.” Colive pg is just well setup business they don't care about anyone but money. - They don’t even provide enough food for all who are living here. Dinner gets finished within 1 hrs everyday and breakfast within 30 mins and no one care about this. - You need to apply for notice period only on 1st date of month otherwise they will reduce 1 month rent from deposit. A hidden terms that sales person wont tell you before you make payments “People behind Colive are not just bad businessman they are bad human beings.”
