Ya, room is quite good...But there is no food and rent is ₹6K for a single room with a furnished single room. But pretty expensive (my point of view). If you move out bit out side of Manipal you get room from range 3-4k even less.

Personally, I loved staying at this place. Neat and decent room with all needed infra for a student. Environment outside the room's amazing. Lush green everywhere. Early morning sun rises with the chirping of birds. Quite and calm place. Very close to MAHE. 1km from room to Manipal main road. Pleasant lullaby of peacocks and peahens. Cost per room is also pretty decent.... Affordable price.
