The new management has ruined this PG. The deposit and rent is different for everyone here. So you will not be able to get correct deal and you will get looted for sure. The rooms are very congested, Food quality has totally deteriorated. The road condition will become pathetic if its rain. Better to avoid this pg and go for other pgs available nearby.

My Experience: I will not say it's the worst Co-Living Space in Whitfield area. But giving 1 star just becouse of the attitude and behaviour of the Lady who runs the Space. (I will be using "She" to reffer this lady in following points) The family which runs the space is exactly like in Indian serial, the lady who do all major things including Canvassing People with Fake smile and Good Aunty image, but start shouting at the tenants the day they inform about vacating the space. And the Man you can see him every where but don't do anything and seen many times this lady start shouting and scolding him. And the son : "I don't know anything talk to my mama" 🍼 with hell lot of attitude in his face as he is running a 7 star hotel there. Still you deside to come to this place : Forget your privacy. The cleaning ladis will simply open the locked door and do nothing the worst part is they keep the door open. (Experienced the same and saw many rooms open even if the tenets are not there). If your thinking it's ok we can keep our valuables in shelf I'm sorry guys there is no proper lock for any shelf or drawers. Regarding facilities in room : 1. Full time hot water in both taps including

Rooms are spacious. Food is average. But the owner is INSANE!!! She will yell at you like you are her slave… will not adhere to what have agreed upon during the booking. Even will ask to get out without serving the 1 month notice period. Don’t fall for the smile and lovely conversation you’ll have in the day of booking. It’s pure evil and the very next week she will start showing her true color! No respect for tenants privacy. Will enter the room without permission and will keep it open. I am giving this 2 star only for the rooms and the facilities. If the owner was good, I would say this is one the best PG’s in Whitefield area

I have stayed for a week here. Food is good they have both north and south indian food more over the taste is good. The aunty who manages the place is strict but friendly. It's a well managed property. They have biometric enable gates. They have table tennis and Carroms to play for recreation. Expect for the fact that they don't allow the food that is cooked at their place to be taken over to the rooms. Meals should be consumed in the dinning area only.I have faced problems with this because. I used to work late hours and my schedule is different. Since it wasn't allowed to take food to the rooms, I wasn't able to keep it and have later. I was forced to eat as per pg timings only and order food when I am hungry at some other time. Cleaning staff can be trained better. (They have cleaned the room everyday but it's not proper) Recommendation : having separate dust bin for each room will make things better.
