Firstly please do not fall for these reviews as they are not a reliable guide for this stay. I stayed here with a group of people expecting a relaxing stay but left with several headaches. Firstly we arrived at our designated check in time and had to wait for almost 3 hours, and the next day (our checkout day) we we’re not compensated at all but instead asked to leave our rooms 30 minutes earlier than agreed upon. Upon arrival we were not greeted or given directions upon where to go either, garbage everywhere and litter and bugs in the pool, crows all across the villa swopping past people and picking at pieces of food scrap and rubbish as the staff do not clean properly whatsoever. Workers were also giving us a hard time even when requesting for basic items such as towels or water as they would ask questions and talk back with a disrespectful or whiny tone. For the rooms, they were nice but after a couple hours we came across a bedbug and was disgusted, water was also muddy at times making it unable for us to shower. After that we also requested an extra mattress which they provided with the plastic packaging on and was denied by Rahul to remove it making it very uncomfortable to s

Poor Management and Disappointing Service We visited as a group of 14, including 6 children, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Although we arrived at 1:00 PM, our rooms weren’t ready until 3:00 PM. Worse, the property was filthy upon arrival, seemingly left uncleaned after a party the night before. While the rooms themselves are decent, the maintenance is lacking and the staff was quite rude. The food was a major letdown; lunch and dinner were average at best, and breakfast was poor. They even attempted to limit us to "one egg per person," which is unheard of for a hospitality establishment. Despite making us wait two hours to check in, they strictly enforced an 11:00 AM checkout. I would not recommend this place, especially for families.

U don’t know where to start because this villa management give us so much mental harassment.first they told they have issue to give room on time so we agree with that by they gave us one room when we reach 6 pm and we got second room at 10at night. Food also very poor No breakfast buffet,they have only plane Dhosa with chatni no sambar and Upma and boiled egg not even fried egg Next day we told for room clean and we left the room,we came back at 10 at night and the room was not clean when we told they just told they forgot/miscommunication with staff. This stay is totally painful for us We go there for chill and enjoy our holiday by we came back with headache. Not recommend at all. And it’s too pricy

Sadly, this is a beautifully built and appointed property that still gives a poor experience due to poor service by staff who are either not trained or hired with care. Check in - The rooms were not ready when we arrived and given to us around 3PM. Check in time is 12 noon. Pool - Was dirty with bugs and floating debris like tissue paper probably from a private party in the previous night. Cleaned and made available later in the following evening. Rooms - Beautiful and lovingly decorated but not cleaned in time for check in. TIP: Avoid rooms 107 and 108. They're right next to the generator which needs to be brought on often as the power supply us erratic. Water - Was muddy and shut down temporarily during the morning. Staff - Apart from Rahul, the manager, most staff didn't seem to care about guests. Simple courtesy in hospitality was missing. One refused to remove (or to allow us to remove) plastic wrapping from extra mattresses that were ordered for children. They initially rationed food (eg 1 boiled egg per person) then doled it out to other guests. Food - Please see details enclosed below.

We have booked their suit room in 5.5k included breakfast. Cons-1.As we have entered, outside of our room was dumped with their table chair mattress even in next morning they served breakfast buffet in front of our room, so feeling was not like suit even we couldn't seat in balcony. 2. Water in bathroom was red in colour with very bad smell,staff try to fix it but not worked.they provide us some water in bucket but ultimately we had to use mineral water for brushing and cleaning baby bottles, bathing was not possible with that water. 3. Bed was in front of bathroom,so whole day and night we had faced bad smell. 4. Mobile network was weak in room and their wifi was also not working in room. Pros- 1.staff was very helpful 2. Property is around 2-2.5km far from blueflag beach.

Would like to share recent experience of the stay we choose here. All that was good is room, which was very clean and neat. The pool was another good thing to relax. Apart from this there is nothing to do here. Because there is no in-house kitchen, evening coffee tea is chargeable. We cant play even light music sitting outside the room and relax our dinner. We had complimentary breakfast. If someone is just looking for good rooms to stay then okay. Also we witnessed snake around just outside the room. So we need to be safe while roaming around. I mean just not in this stay, anywhere where there are trees, plants need to be careful. So overall average experience.

I had a great time staying at Majestic Villa. A special shout out to Rahul and Chintan for doing their best! My only issue was with the cleaning staff. They dont seem to want to follow instructions and we had to tell them several times to clean the room. In fact on our last day there the cleaning lady whom I had specifically told to come at 2.30pm to clean the room promptly went off to lunch. After her lunch she left! The other lady cleaner took her own sweet time to come for the cleaning and did not clean the bathroom. That was my only grouse. Then again...its hard to find good help. But I would highly recommend this place.

I stayed here while attending a friend’s wedding and had a great experience. The property is newly built, and the rooms are really well done. The larger rooms, in particular, are a fantastic choice. The team was wonderful throughout our stay. We ran into a small issue, but they stepped in quickly and sorted it out without any hassle. I’d happily recommend this place. It’s also just a short walk from a quiet beach, which makes it even better.
