Horrible, horrible horrible. We stayed at this place. The room did not have hot water. They say the heater is broken on the previous day morning. If so, why did they accept guests. I would highly recommend not to go to this hotel. Horrible people, horrible service.

Very bad expereince, too many power cuts and a cleaning staff created issue with minor tower dust stain sayimg its a dye stain and spoiled my mood at the checkout.... even the receptionist herself keep telling it's not dye stain and will go with wash then also he was not listening

i made a booking for two days. i cancelled on the same day morning and booking.com took my cancellation. the hotel still charged me for full stay and washed their hands off completely. i expected them to atleast refund for the next day. they put the blame squarely on the website where as they were the ones not ready for even a partial refund. very non cooperative staff.

Very poor experience here. Room card was old and it is the same card people used for many months probably they hand write on plastic which had a dirty sticker and partly delaminated. I had some chocolate bar from the minibar and the receptionist said he cant take credit cards and I should get cash somewhere. Never been in a hotel which does not accept international credit cards before. Area is terrible dirt roads construction going on etc. Close to airport but do not prefer this hotel.

The hotel, recently built (2024), is very clean. The staff is welcoming, and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant offers the same friendly service. The chef even asked us what we wanted, as we were getting a bit tired of Indian food after our three-week stay, and prepared a meal that wasn't on the menu: delicious, too! The only downside is the location: it's on the outskirts of town, but not too far from the airport.

The hotel alloted premium room against booking of suites room as AC was not working. Not given proper compensation of difference of tariff as shown on online although requested at front office.The road to hotel is not good. The staff are polite and cooperative. It's ok for transit .

Standard hotel, perfectly suited for late arrivals on flights from Europe due to its proximity to the airport. The bedding is good, however, the air conditioning is terribly noisy, forcing us to turn it off. The room was clean.

The place is close to the Airport which is good. Cleanliness is not a problem. I didn't like the pillows in the room and they weren't flexible with the food options. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
