Over the phone I tried to book the room. But, a person at the reception counter, neither booked the room nor ready to hear more from my end. He said, "don't worry here the room is always available no need to book the room. Two days later, in the morning at 05:00 am, when I reached there with my wife and daughter there were no rooms available. I asked for a room and he said, all rooms are full with no rooms available now. When I told you the other day, book the room we are coming early morning, but you people not responded well and without good response you people disconnected my phone call. Due this, I am with my wife and daughter were searching for a room in several lodges for more than an hour. When I talked with the manager he told, why not you made a call again and again. So all are irresponsible and nobody knows the problems of others..

We went here for night stay as we had to travel next day to dharmasthala. Rooms are not clean. I don't think they had changed the bed spreads. We asked them for AC room for 4 adults and 2 kids (we wanted hot water and we were informed that geaser works only in AC rooms). They charged 2000/- rupees which I think is over priced. The AC was not at all working. Bed was too hard. No proper quilt. The window screen was too transparent. Disappointing and waste of money.

Hotel is spacious and cleanliness of bathroom and room is Average. And bed cleanliness is also Average. But the problem is there is no space for car parking for more than 2 car in front of the hotel. And another problem I faced was that I had some problem in getting Hot Water in morning. And it took some time.

Request not to visit this hotel, we didn't got any other hotel so unfortunately we visit and paid more amount for non AC rooms,the staff people are too much cheap, they not even give the water bottle as a complementary. Cockroaches in all the bathrooms, no proper maintenance nothing. No parking facilities nothing.

The worst hotel experience in my life. The hotel has no facilities, no parking, no hot water , no cleanliness, nothing at all. One word for it is , it is a mess. Simply waste. Do not get scammed by seeing the photos which are posted years ago. If u wanna have a bhoot bangalow experience, you are most welcome here.

They have small rooms with one or two rooms per cottage. The cottage is before the actual hills start. Its not worth paying 4k for staying here. If you get it for 1000-1700, then its worth. They do not have any 'resort' kind of facilities. Uts basically 4 hut shaped built in a small area. Thats it. Rooms are decent though. Not bad. Better go for homestay up the hills.

Non professional and selfish attitude of the staff Edit: After response from owner Wow... what a helping nature...when you know that I lost a key then you acted like there is no way to open the door, break the lock etc,then you guys charged the money way more than its cost,when you got money from me, suddenly you come with duplicate key....I don't know that you are locksmith also.... impressive work... you created the lock in less than 2minuts.....you know that my perpose of visit and also you know that I am student...inspite of that you played the whole play....and you call it as help....I begg you don't help anybody

Guys don't do booking online, bcoz in online it will show & got booked to Rs.999. But if u go walk in it fare will be 800. These people cheat customers. Actually the lodge inside ambience & toilets were not at all maintained clean. It stinks inside

This hotel actually deserve 0 star. Bed bugs & cockroaches in bed. I saw one of the staff was looking from the key hole in other room. I asked him "what's happening?" He told me "jao jao andar jao, so jao" . Horrible experience. Never ever book a room in this hotel.
