Absolutely unacceptable staff behavior. The staff showed zero respect. Even after delivering the wrong order, which we still accepted, they insulted and belittled the customer instead of apologizing. Their tone was rude, their attitude was arrogant, and the service was careless and unprofessional. This was a terrible experience, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Update 2025: no improvement, double non AC is around ₹1300, Bird small in washroom, No water pressure, Paint is wearing off, Bad smell in room due to old bed, Matress resulted in back pain in one night. Even after complaining 2 times at counter, no good response, problem was ignored 😑 Had book 2 days, but I had to checkout due to so many issues on 1st day itself, never returning back. 1 star ⭐ for good food, just coz of childhood memories of me and my dad coming to this food court. Taste is been maintained 👍 2024: It's ok if u come alone as a single bed is available at 400. But if u come in pair go for a better hotel as it's 800 for a double bed in mayura

Really bad rooms. No complimentary breakfast. My friend booked 5+ rooms for marriage and all rooms are small and lack exhaust in the bathroom. The bathroom has no soap, the flush was not working and there is no jet spray. You have to use mug to wash your bum or buttocks. The TV was 20 yrs old. Too many mosquito.
