I stayed here for nearly a year back in 2023. I will be very honest about this PG. Owner behaviour - 10/10 (He is very responsive and professional as well - he is a proper business man with very good ethics - not money minded at all) Rooms - (9.5/10) I heard there is a new building (I hope it to be great) but even the older buildings are very spacious and restroom , cupboards are also very good in terms of space. People and vibe - (10/10) it's a good place, strict rules on not to disturb anyone. People do party but in their own room without any disturbance to anyone. But in general, if you are a non smoker or a non drinker it is directly understood that the other person shouldnt do the same inside the room. And owner is strict on this rules. If your friends wants to stay overnight - you can pay daily basis price and get them up. (Strictly only male frnds) The workers - (4.5/10) They are nice people but few times they were arrogant and very rude. Owner did interfere and solved those and made sure that doesn't repeat. (The one star less is for this reason) We have repeatedly asked them to clean the water purifier but they don't care. Some of them were very lazy. And owner did re

Good place to stay, rooms are quite spacious and good. Bathrooms are cleaned once in two days. Food can be an issue, especially if you are non-veg as they serve only veg food. Quality of food served is not great, but that's the case almost with all PGs here. Overall a decent PG at a decent price here at Nagavarapalya area.

This is very good PG, there cleanliness, maintenance specially a vegetarian food which they serve is very good, it is best PG particularly for pure vegetarians who want to have delicious veg food but you have to be first in the queue or else you will miss the food and you have to wait a bit , owner is very friendly and even worker prakash bro but some few workers have attitude which has to be changed.

Hi. I stayed here for 4 months. I rate this as one of the best PGs in this area in Bangalore. Food is good. Rooms are clean & well maintained with 24 hrs water supply and other necessary amenities. Owner Mr Nagesh is very supportive. The staff is also very cooperative. The best part being the close proximity to the main metro station terminal (Baiyappanahalli) and other important junction like Tin Factory. Overall a very delightful experience & highly recommended!! I rate this PG is one of the best in Bangalore. They provide very good quality vegetarian food (every day different, South + North ), washing machine, WIFI, 24-hour hot water supply, 2 wheeler parking. They take special care of cleanliness and hygiene, daily sweeping and mopping. Very supportive owner, even in the time of the pandemic, without any hindrance, he is providing every facility.
