“Iam not time passing madam money won't grow to tree, I only stayed 13 days in pg and I informed you after 3 or 4 th day of joining I will vacate on June 30 2024. You said you won't give money and I said I will leave today itself hold money for this day's as per daily wages meant 600 per day and give return the remaining money I will leave ,you ignored me and now you are saying I'm time passing . Whenever I will leave refund money is not yours . Maintenance and refund you have charged 3000 and 5600 has been paid by me for 13 days this is not fair. Iam giving advice to other's for not suffering like me and my friend got refund within 2 days in other pg, now you are saying 20 days lot of difference madam!”

“I stayed here for many months, and the experience was absolutely terrible. 1. The food quality is extremely poor. Once, I saw baby cockroaches crawling inside the dosa containers. 2. Large rats are frequently seen in the kitchen. 3. Once, I even saw their pet cat eating right beside the serving area. 4. The refrigerator is never cleaned for months; its condition is so unhygienic you will feel like vomiting after seeing it. 5. When the power goes off, there is no backup for fans or charging points. 6. The lift has been out of service for months without repair. 7. Broken tap and shower were never fix. 8. The door lock is damaged, making it unsafe. 9. The beds are full of bed bugs, and the rooms look like a bird’s nest. 10. The internet speed is extremely poor. If you are planning to work from home or attend meetings online, it’s nearly impossible due to the terrible network speed. 11. The owner’s behavior is extremely rude and unhelpful. Overall: Worst experience. Very unhygienic, unsafe, and poorly maintained. I strongly do NOT recommend staying here.”
