Very very bad homestay we have come across....we have been to many homestays but this is the worst one we have ever found...the owner is asking to pay us 75% of the advance amount for booking once the booking is done he is not available to take the calls or least bothered to communicate with us....very very interior place we felt as though we have lost in the deep jungle very steep place once you go down ur car will not come up and will be stuck in the mud you need some body to push ur car ...we clearly mentioned we would be reaching for lunch time as we have kids below 5yrs...but when we reached that place the staff i,e just one person who does all sorts of work is surprised to see us... wondering why we came there....no food no water no wifi no mobile network no tv...nothing is available...we starved like anything...they supply local water that too upon request....basically no hot water for bathing also...they dont even have staff at all communicate or to supply or clean or to provide things...even if you order coffee they take an hour to get it...next day as said by them breakfast timings is 9.30 we r waiting n waiting they r getting breakfast at 11am we checked out without hav

Worst resort ever. Owner named chetan was misbehaving with my wife. Food was rotten. For you and your family safety I suggest not to go there

Waste of money. I expected the place to be quite and calm but it was total opposite. The fan in my room made lot of noise which could be heard even outside the door. In addition to this, there was construction going on right next to my window which was super loud. Beetles making such loud noises throughout the day and keep falling and flying onto you and your food. The service and food was below par quality. The employees outrightly refused to provide lunch twice in 2 days. Since its located in the outskirts, no one practically deliver food there and on top of that the employees refuse to give/prepare food. Their 24hr room service is total scam. Wifi is jio wifi and performs like 2g so don't think of attending office calls here. Outdoor game equipment was totally old and broken. You can see only insects and their dead bodies all over. Blankets and bedding were not washed and were smelly. We also suspect bed bugs as we woke up with insect bite bumps. There's no ac for the hefty pricing. No hot water. I wouldn't waste 10k per cottage here. The road inside the cottage had big speed breakers, so if you dont have proper ground clearance, be prepared for hitting your car body here. The

"Terrible Experience at Redrock Homestay"||I had an extremely disappointing stay at Redrock Homestay. The customer service was atrocious —there was no care or concern shown by the staff who seemed utterly indifferent to any issues...Demanding extra money for the horrible tea and coffee that was served. The rooms were overly congested...||The food options were very limited, and whatever was available tasted awful. There was absolutely nothing satisfying about the meals or the overall experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant or comfortable stay. Avoid it if you can!

We were promised 4 rooms for 10 people. When we reached at the property we were given only 2 rooms. Called booking.com and they asked me to change the accomodation to some other place. This place is in middle of a coffee estate and it's difficult to move around. We stayed in 2 rooms with extra beds. The owner asked to leave or pay full payments for all 4 rooms. Also, they don't provide GST bills for the same location. I don't think they have registration for the property. I got GST bills for some other property. Also with total of 5 cottages, the owner managed to gave accomodation to approx 20-25 people in a night. I'm not sure what kind of deal he had done with other travellers. I had done booking a month ago and had asked specifically for 4 rooms and this happened.

We had a Company get-together of 23 people for 1 night.||Plus :|Single place where you can fit in 20 people.|Minus:|No air conditioner.no genset.|Non responsive staff.|Small swimming pool (?!)|Delay in food service despite proper information and reminder.|Music system not allowed after 10 pm.|No other amenity except pool.|Bad odour and stinking inside room be used of STP (or lack of it)|No outside lock for bathroom .Hence you can't avoid stink entering the bedrooms.|We asked for tea at 7.30 am.agreed but made available at 8.30 am.we asked for breakfast at 8 am.agreed but made available at 9.30 am.5 people of our gang left without having breakfast after waiting till 9 am.hence we requested to cut charges or rs.1000 (they written rs.200 pax) .Outright they rejected and collected full amount.|A stay i wish to forget .|

FOR THIS OWNER STARTED ARGUING & SAYS WATER IS NOT SUPPLIED INSIDE THE ROOM AND WE NEED TO GO DINING HALL & DRINK THE WATER FOR THIS SMALL MATTER OWNER CHETHAN TOLD ME TO VACATE THE ROOM BY 9;30 P.M NIGHT BY PAYING FULL SETTLEMENT& WE BOTH ARE FAMILY TOTAL 8 PERSONS ALONG WITH KIDS, JUST IMAGINE WHAT WE DO THIS TIME||I SUGGEST STRONGLY DONT VISIT THIS PROPERTY ITS TOTALLY DANGEROUS LOCATION KITCHEN IS ALSO VERY DIRTY
