Not a good experience. We booked in booking.com. it was showing payment is to be made at the hotel directly. However the hotel incharge called us and told to make advance payment. We were willing to make the payment. However payment was delayed by 2-3 days. So he told us he has cancelled our booking. All this while on booking.com it was showing our booking as still valid. Further our travel too was 18 days away and it's not like we were 1-2 days away from travel and still hadn't paid.

It’s cozy rooms and very friendly hosts! But be warned: The temple music starts every morning at 6:00 and stays for several hours. It will definitely wake you up.

Terrible House or Ghost House in the Lost City of Hampi We stayed in what can only be described as a terrible guest house in Hampi, Karnataka. The room was far from good. The air conditioning controls were managed by reception, and while it wasn’t a big issue that they turned off the AC when we went out, the real problem began when we came back. We had to ask them every time to turn it on. Worse, in the mornings, even if you were sleeping peacefully, they would turn off the AC to save electricity, completely disregarding the fact that we were still in the room! When we went down to the reception (which was just a table with some magazines), they would make excuses like, "There’s a power cut, it’s a village after all." But strangely enough, the power would come back on within two minutes after you asked about it, and there wouldn’t be any more cuts after that. There were also no proper power sockets for charging our phones—some were damaged and even gave us mild electric shocks. No big deal, of course, as long as you have life insurance! The bathroom engineering deserves special mention. The hooks they installed couldn’t even hold clothes properly, and the door was so poorly des

I had a booking their and u cancelled it later since i denied to pay u the money u asked which is against the policy of the booking platform. If u can't follow the policy of a booking site u should remove ur property from that site instead of giving confirmation to guest and cancelling later.

Rooms are okay , sometimes overpriced. However the lady who maintains the place is helpful and makes good tea.

I arrived at the bus terminal early in the morning. Many people had tried to take me to a guesthouse. The owner spoke to me slowly, even though my English wasn't very good. The room was spacious, and the price was good (hot shower, air conditioning). I wondered if it might be far from the city center, but it is only a 5-minute walk to both the temple and the city. The city center, on the other hand, is actually quite cramped and crowded. The room here is more spacious, and the evenings are peaceful and relaxing. At night, it was nice to quietly look at the temple and the stars from the rooftop. There is also a restaurant, so you can order meals there as well. The owner owned a tuk-tuk. I had gone on a one-day temple tour, and he was helpful by giving me some brief advice. However, it was extremely hot. Considering that, I think it would be better to book a half-price tour. He informed me that there is a bus from Hampi directly to Bengaluru and helped me with the reservation (it was available even without going to Hospet). The reason I am writing such a long review is that, while everything else was great, it was the shower after check-out. After checking out at 9 am, I went a

Recently completed my stay for almost for 4 days. Stay wise is comfortable and the location wise is great. Most of the places are walkable from this stay. The host is nice and also commutable service being provided from here only. Within Hampi or even to Badami auto/cab services are available from here at reasonable rates. Food is available but limited and details are being listed out in the menu. If possible hot water kettle it can be provided in the room and so that hot water can be available for guest for drinking.

Very good stay, right next to virupaksha temple and other nearby attractions. The main speciality is terrace view and open space from where we can directly see the temple & mountains, purnamala(owner) is very helpful and you can choose this place without thinking, the room color shading is bit dull but the renovation seems to be done recently so the washrooms are very premium, worth visiting this place

Unbeatably prime location. Great view from room window and from terrace. All the touring locations like Temple, ruins, island, are at walkable distance. Groups will find the stay very affordable. Good fit and finish in washrooms, and heater in bathrooms for all time running hot water would be recommended. Also, if they start to provide meals it would be great as there are no great food place nearby. Overall, nice place. And you can definitely consider for your stay in Hampi.
