I recently visited this Balaji PG for gents, which started operating just a week ago, and my friend is currently staying here. The place is very clean and neat, and the rooms are well maintained. Although the lift is not yet installed and a few finishing works are still pending, the management has assured that all remaining work will be completed within a week. Even now, the overall stay experience looks comfortable. The PG is located hardly 1 km from Kudlu Gate Metro Station, which makes it convenient for daily travel. It is situated in a small gully area, but that’s actually a plus because you can find medical shops, stationery stores, hotels, and restaurants within 500 meters. The staff is very good, friendly, and supportive. Water quality is good as of now, and basic facilities are available nearby. Overall, it’s an awesome PG with a good location and helpful staff. Once the remaining work is completed, it will be an even better place to stay. Recommended for working professionals and students looking for a comfortable stay near Kudlu Gate.
