It’s been more than two weeks since I vacated the property, and I still haven’t received my deposit back. I only received one communication email stating that they are deducting ₹3,000 from my deposit for "move-out charges," even though, when I moved in, the property manager Priyanka assured me that there would be no deductions and I would get my full deposit back. When I reached out to Anjana, her senior, she was very rude, and the customer support team said they would escalate the issue. It’s been three days, and I haven’t heard back from them, and they have stopped answering my calls and messages. Please be aware of such fraudulent companies.

Worst PG! If you are looking for PGs in Bangalore, this is the one you should totally avoid. Don’t get fooled by any positive reviews here, they are all zolo’s internal team posting them. This place is a literal nightmare. Believe me you will regret if you choose your stay here. Not a single person I met has told good about this place There is nothing good about this pg. Improper cleaning, not so good food, rude staff and a lot of hidden charges that you will not be told about while joining. Also the rooms are too small. There are a lot of good pgs in this area. Go for them. I have stayed in a lot of pgs in Bangalore and this one is by far the worst of them all. Please don’t waste your money and mess your mental health in here.

Horrible Experience with Management at the Property Living at this property has been a truly disappointing experience. The cluster manager and property manager show little to no interest in addressing residents’ problems and concerns. While the guards and staff are willing to listen to your issues, they are powerless to take action without approval from higher management. Adding to the frustration, the managers seem completely indifferent to residents’ satisfaction or well-being. However, they are quick to impose unreasonable charges when you leave the property, including hidden fees for moving out before completing one year. Ironically, the lower-level staff and team members—those who have no real authority—are the only ones who genuinely care about customer retention and satisfaction. Unfortunately, their efforts are undermined by the unresponsive and uncaring higher-ups. I would not recommend living here. I wouldn’t even give it 1star but cant proceed without giving it.

Avoid Zolo High Street at All Costs – A Nightmare in the Name of Accommodation Zolo High Street is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. From day one, it was a disaster. The staff are unbelievably rude, arrogant, and clearly lack basic manners or training. They act like acknowledging your existence is a burden. Raise a concern, and you’ll be ignored or mocked—don’t expect help. The geyser in my room didn’t work when I moved in. I raised multiple tickets—no response. I followed up in person and was met with pathetic excuses like “Tomorrow.” That tomorrow never came. The rooms are suffocatingly small, there’s barely any mobile network, and you’ll feel isolated. Cleanliness is a joke—expect stinking rooms, nonstop pest control spray, and bed bugs as daily companions. It’s filthy and unhygienic. The property manager is just as ignorant and disrespectful as the rest of the staff. No one takes responsibility. There’s zero professionalism, no accountability, and absolutely no value for your money or peace of mind. Zolo High Street is not accommodation—it’s a mental and physical trap. If you value your health, dignity, and sanity, do yourself a favor: stay far away from this hellhole. You

Staying at Zolo has been the worst experience of my life! The WiFi is absolutely horrible—I couldn’t even work properly because it keeps disconnecting, and no one cares enough to fix it. For a rent of ₹10,700 for a single room, they still charge extra for water and electricity, and worst of all, they forcefully include ₹2,700 for food I don’t even eat! Their food is tasteless and terrible, yet I’m being made to pay for it every month—how is that even legal? I raised a ticket for the lift which hasn’t worked for over 1.5 months, and till now, there’s been zero response. Their services are pathetic, and it honestly feels like they’re just robbing people by taking advantage of helpless tenants. They charge a premium but deliver nothing in return—no working internet, no maintenance, no good food, just compulsory charges and excuses. This place is a scam, and I seriously regret ever choosing Zolo!

It's been just 1 week since I moved and already this place has so many issues. For every service issue they want us to place a ticket but will they check it? No. We need to call 2-3 people and yell to get a simple thing fixed. Moreover the bathroom is cramped up and the sink is so small, I don't understand the design concept. The rooms are filled with cockroaches and weren't even clean despite the fact that I informed them two days prior I'd be moving in and I want it to be clean. No maintenance is done and if you give clothes for laundry it takes 3-4 days. They even have hidden fees and one month notice periods with such high prices. Food is extra for 1.6k and rent starts from 11.5k with high deposit which won't be given back completely if staying for less than 3 months. There is no network near or in the building and the wifi is bad too. Avoid this place at all costs.

Worst service, worst food, no maintenance, no ventilation. Tiny room tiny bathroom almost no space, even the wash basins are so tiny that you cannot wash your hands, Anytime water tank gets empty and no one is there to look after water requirements, you will end up waiting in the washroom. There is frequent Power cut lots of time and the generator does not operate. For basic requirements like geyser they don't entertain you. The provided furniture is damaged. The taps are dirty leaking and full of rust. You will end up getting frustrated here.

Dear Folks, I strongly recommend you don't book your stay in this place. There are various reasons, 1. I booked a room through on-call, and the room that they showed me and gave me was different. 2. The size of the single sharing room is so tiny that you cannot even sit on the floor. Completely congusted. 3. No clean toilets, only half of the door you can open into the bathroom. The handwash tap is so close to the bowl that you cannot use it wisely. 4. Someone from housekeeping took my track pants and thermal jacket when I was not in the room. I raised a complaint through customer care, but no one cared. You better search for accommodation in the Neeladri area if your office location is in Electronic City Phase 1. Don't get attracted to the brand name of Zolo.

Worst pg ever. I had stayed here for 3-4 months and it is very expensive . They charge huge amounts for water and electricity. Even during the peak winter hot water wasn’t available. The management was really irresponsive. Even the food quality is not good. The room I stayed had damaged windows which caused huge floods in my room during monsoon. The only good thing is the cleanliness which can be available in many other pgs as well.

Worst of all.. it's been 3 days since the motor broken and we have been raising tickets and asking each and every one for the help. No one is ready to take the action keep saying what ever they can do they have done and nothing else they can help with. Washroom is a basic necessities of a human being and after coming from 9 hours of duty we are not able to use the washroom.

Worst place ever. They treat you like a money tree and plucking leaves whenever and however they want. They charge for a lot of things that they don't tell initially. I had electricity bill of ₹874 for each person in a double sharing room. That too when I was at home for 15 days that month. Also manager isn't corporative at all. They charge lots of amount and don't even tell you properly what they are charging for. Definitely not recommended. You will find lots better places than this.

U can find locally other pg in budget friendly, customer care is worst, at first they didn't mention about the deposit that equals to the rent for room, and also they charge additional charges like LLA, electric bill, water bill. When u cancel the booking in app it take so much time to get refund
