Alert Alarm to Future Residents – Unlivable Conditions and Total Management Failure: As a matter of social responsibility, I am posting this review after months of struggling. I have finally given up and am vacating at the end of this month. Here is what you will face if you move here: Bed Bug Infestation: Bed bugs do not allow us to sleep peacefully. Their bites make our skin swell and look ugly. Broken Internet: We always face unsolvable network and Wi-Fi issues. Market-Like Chaos: Because of the laborers' bad behavior, this property has a constant market-like din. It is filled with cacophony and boisterous banter by arrogant laborers who do not even respect the warden. Daytime Noise Pollution: The kitchen staff member creates constant sonic litter in the dining hall. She makes loud mobile calls and plays videos all day, every day. This is a daily acoustic assault on our dining experience. Nighttime Disturbance: The night duty security guard does the exact same thing until 3:00 AM. He turns what should be a quiet night into another acoustic assault. Despite multiple complaints over the past 20 days, warden madam warned the kitchen staff & security multiple times but no use

One of the worst pg in the area. Honestly, they will never ever give you your security money back and will even ask for money during vacations to cover their expenses. From washing machines to gym area, none of the amenities work properly. Food is also not so good and even the Wi-Fi doesn’t work sometimes.

Please be aware the lock-in period for agreement is 12 months. This means you cannot leave the PG in between. If you do then you have to pay that month rent. Also, they will never return two-month security deposit. It will be adjusted against April and May. Verbally I was told that we can leave in between but then in agreement it was completely different which I didn't notice.

I've been staying here more than 1 year overall the pg is good and hygiene.The wardens here are very friendly and they take care like our family. Security is also very nice. There is study room where we can study entire night also without any problem. Overall the pg is we'll maintained.

I’ve been living here for more than 6 months now and the atmosphere is really good. They’ve nearly all the possible amenities needed like common study room, clean dining area, gym and the terrace. The food menu changes weekly and we get more than one option in every meal. The hostel is very beautiful and lively. Festivals are celebrated too! There are no security or safety issues, everyone here is very friendly and cooperative. highly recommended :)
