I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel last night. Before arriving, I called the owner to confirm a check-out time of 12:00 PM. He clearly agreed and told me to come. However, when I reached the property and was about to make the payment, I double-checked the timing. Suddenly, his tone changed. He started demanding extra money for staying until 12:00 PM and told me to check out by 7:30 AM instead. It’s extremely unprofessional to say one thing over the call and then change the rules once the guest arrives. They basically trap you at the last minute. Save your time and money—do not book this hotel. There are much better places with honest management nearby. Do not provide false information to cover up your management's mistakes. ​During our initial phone conversation, I explicitly asked about the check-out time. I clearly stated that I needed the room until 12:00 PM. You confirmed this was fine and told me, "Yes, you can come." Based entirely on your verbal commitment, I traveled to your hotel. I do not have time to waste traveling to a property only to be lied to upon arrival. ​If you had been honest on the phone, I would have booked elsewhere. By changing your words
