I would say that I made a perfect decision to stay in this pg because there are so many aspects in this pg which are really important for any student like me to stay in Bangalore. Firstly, the owner is very humble and really helpful. She understands the problems and work on any issues rapidly. I never had to call her more than 2 times for fixing any issue in my stay. That clears half of the problems faced by individuals in this city. Secondly, the security here is top notch and the people stay in the pg are mostly students and employees therefore, no stealing is not an issue here. Everyone minds their own business. Thirdly, the rent is comparatively budget friendly looking at the location it is in. Fourth point is the food which is a same story for most of the pgs but still manageable. Last but not the least, the pg has its backup power system that allows elevators to work even upon cut out of power and also there is a gym here as well whose almost all equipments work properly and efficiently.

The only decent Men's PG near the Philips office in Yelahanka. Rates are ~16.5k for single room and ~10k for double room. Food is decent, rooms are nice and decently ventilated (can get dusty if you open the windows). The building is barely a few months old, so I highly recommend this PG.
