We decided to book (3 months in advance ) an entire cottage for 50 people, and the experience felt dishonest from the start. Initially, we were quoted one price, and after paying the advance, we received a receipt. Shockingly, the receipt did not mention the remaining balance to be paid. When we asked for it to be clearly stated just to avoid any dispute later , the management became vague and suddenly claimed that the price had gone up. It was clear that if we hadn’t insisted on checking the receipt, they would have taken advantage of us during check-in, leaving us with no choice but to pay an inflated amount since we were a large group. This behavior felt manipulative, unprofessional, and frankly, shameful. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values honesty and transparency.

We family members planned to visit this cottage..but we could not. However i came here with my colleagues..the rooms were tidy and clean.. AC was not working well. Even after informing they dint even come to solve.. we have to change the room. The same day we asked for tea and coffee the cook gave us strange look and said manager will come and do the tea. So we got really pissed off. There was no room service but old person gave us. Extra bed was not given and food was not tasty. Fish was half cooked.... Hope this will be out last visit. Thank you .. Tips is not asked but when we are happy we can give tips

Worst Management. Visited second time but management has changed. Complimentary breakfast was not good as it was before. They call their room as deluxe suit room but washroom became old and flush gun was not working. Not worthy for 6k. My s uggestion to find other similar properties. Location was good but rooms became old not well maintained.

Location 5+ Service is worst, wouldn't even give zero star. In total they have 4 num of rooms. 2 rooms are connected to reception room, which would have generators on, though they charge us full hefty amount of 3.2k per night, which is not at all worth, when compared to paradise lagoon or Isle or even Radha heritage which all have same kind of beach resort with more facilities and breakfast included with lesser price and hygiene. Here they try to say some current issue because of rain, and Mr. Deepak acts as if he is doing a favor, if he provides us generator on request, which is extremely disgusting. The place is coastal so it's rainy most of the days and when other way rooms connected to reception can get facilities for which other side rooms pay, why are we exempted from generators. Food, if we give order and give seprate amount, same resort can prepare, in same resort's kitchen, then why can't they keep breakfast inclusive of price. Totally they are trying to manipulate customers by giving lame excuses of power cut and no kitchen or food facilities. And unless we beg for fresh water bottles for sec or third day, they won't keep water bottles, which is already included in tariff

No no, i dont recommend this, worst experience, me n my wife felt like frustrated, Starts from host, dumbest host i ever met, dumb resort, biggest problem is food, mobile network, thy is no attending staffs at all, there is no kitchen, u wont get food here, u need to get a parcel from someone thy give number and thy wil make u wait for 1 hout or more, thy will charge u extra 100 rs for delivery,, who need this kind of resort, whats fun here,, ?? Hv to beg for evrything again and again, from tissue paper, soaps, towels, Water bottle evrything, and thy wil strictly say dont do this that,,, u feel like u r in hostel, nothing here, no life in this place,
