Pros are this PG provides all amenities like Water Heater, WiFi, Washing Machine, RO water, simple 2 wheeler parking. But they won't provide food. It is a with out food pg. But you can a lot of food options infront of this PG. Better than other pg's. Rent is 4000 per month, Advance 1000 non refundable. Cons are Cleaning should be done atleast once in a week. Only one washing machine is available.
