“The hotel is shown as very good one. The room service is not up to the mark. The room shown at booking at counter was different and when payment was done different room was allocated. They take all payment in advance. Tv recharge is not done untill reminded 10-15 times. No hand towels available. Water is not clean.Dont expect any service like 3 star even.”

“Not at all good experience. The rooms were not good. The cleanliness of the washroom was not good. In the washroom the jets were leaking and in they were using the old bottles for keeping shampoos and moisturizer. The quilt , bedcover and pillows were not clean. The quality of food is not good. Whatever I have ordered in the dinner I have left and in the morning breakfast the same thing happened. The cockroach was seen where they have kept the breakfast items. In the dinner they kept limited items only to eat. Then they should not be having the MENU card. To stay for one night that's too for taking rest it's ok as there is no other option. This is a request to the management of Grand Clark Inn to please look into it, as you are charging good enough from the customer and your hospitality is not upto the mark. PLEASE LOOK INTO IT. These are the basic things that customer will have since they are paying this much”

“Stayed for 1 night and it was a terrible experience. Booked due to the brand name of Clarks and realised it was a mistake the moment we stepped in. They charged over 5000 per night and the rooms were filthy. The mattresses, bedsheets were unusable. It seemed that the bathroom was not cleaned in ages. For hot water in shower, had to call reception who will then enable the solar which takes 15 minutes for hot water. The operations manager Tanmay was not available and was very rude when we spoke to him on phone. The place was run by an intern who wanted to help but had no authority. The room lights were depressing and no fan in room. No towel rods or hooks in the washroom. The restaurant did not have lunch. The only positive was the location was in the market area and close to the caves.”

Sagnik Das★★★★★Please read my review completely before booking this hotel. I have been to so many 3 star hotels but haven't seen such a bad hotel in my entire life when I compare a 3 star hotel. No lights in the living room - not much lights in the rooms. So if you are a reader you might end up having power in your eyes. Washroom - the toilet is too much dirty. Water stains in the toilet. There are no showers in the washroom. It's like you have to make use of the hand shower which is not at all comfortable. The door lock is disastrous. You might end up locking yourself in the room. Room no - 211. So be very careful. Food - if you have not tried bad food for several days, then this is the place to try some bad food. No taste at all. They serve 4 pieces of aloo dum in just 250 rupees. Maintenance - I must tell the management that if you don't want to run your hotel in Badami, then please shut it down as there is no maintenance at the hotel. Wifi - after paying around 6k at the hotel, the wifi is also not working. I am giving this review with my own mobile internet so " jo kaha hai sach kaha hai, sach ke siva kuch nehi kaha hai"

Sneha Nikum★★★★★Giving 1 star as I can’t move ahead without rating, if I could I would have given NEGATIVE RATING We had booked to stay here for 2 nights during our Badami visit. This place is no where a 3 star property, it’s just PATHETIC no other words can explain it better. The rooms, the bathrooms are filthy. The restaurant food can be stomach bug. We stayed of a night, and moved to a different place as just couldn’t bare staying here any more, though we were charged for 2 nights. The only plus about this place is that it is in close vicinity to the Badami caves. If you are looking for a clean peaceful stay please avoid this place.

Breakfast menus and related services are the worst.and horrible . No hygeine maintened. The room is dirty with a chok up of the toilet and basin. Available staff is least bothered about the customer service. It was my bad decision to book this Hotel. I will definitely take this issue with Hotel owner.

Then the flush was not working, we forcefully got the room changed but the next room was no better. The carpets were worn threadbare, the walls had scratches and the floor was dirty and scratched. The breakfast was supposed to be from 6.30am, but you don't even get coffee until 8am.

We were a group of five adults and one child, staying in two rooms — one double and one triple occupancy.||While the staff were friendly and genuinely tried to help, it was pretty clear they were doing their best under tough circumstances. They were polite and kind, but that’s about the only positive part of our experience.||The property itself really let us down. It’s poorly maintained — nothing like what you’d expect from a hotel carrying the Clarks Inn name. The bathrooms were dirty, the sink in one room was blocked, and there were cockroaches inside the room. One of the bathrooms didn’t even have a single hook or place to hang a towel, which was not only inconvenient but also surprising for a hotel of this category. The windows were filthy, and overall, the place just felt neglected.||They did give us a small TV in the rooms, but honestly, if the TV is so tiny that it’s barely useful, then why bother providing it at all? Bhavesh Patel★★★★★Disappointing Experience Very poor experience at Clarks Inn Badami. The lift was not working, which was extremely inconvenient. Cleanliness was below standard, especially in the rooms and bathrooms. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, showing little concern for guests. On top of that, the hotel is overpriced for the poor quality and service offered. Definitely not worth the money.
