From the best pg in the area, it has become the WORST PG 1. Food has become the worst. Rice is super hard to chew and very dry 2. The food quality has become the worst due to using cheap products 3. Washroom cleaning is not done properly 4. The new manager Mahesh is very rude 5. The Dining hall area is super dirty 6. The dining hall sinks are always clogged 7. Dirty water is always there in the dining hall and it stinks badly 8. The microwave is not cleaned properly 9. Washing machines are not being serviced for a long time 10. Security guards don't care about turning on the motor resulting in no water flow in the washing machies 11. The PG was very good initially and now it has degraded like anything 12. People steal cloths and drying clips too 13. The ones working there clean everything just for the sake of it.

Starting this PG was really too good. Like when the Prashant Manager was there, but after that things changed. The management not at good. Specifically the morning guard is too bad, if you pay them some money, they will good with you. My relative staying here. Food quality is also very cheap. The rice quality is worst. They use soceity/rashan rice which is very worst. And the cleaning boys onlyh prepare the food like chapati/poori/dosa. It is really very bad, no proper food at all here. My humble request to the owner/care takers, if you want to run this PG so please change the guards, arrange some trained cooking people who can prepare good food. Please improve the food quality

Horrible management, I’ve been here since 2 yrs, Prashant was the ONLY good manager , since he’s left , this pg is not suitable for girls, ~they’ll create a scene to give you back your deposit. ~security guard don’t inform and directly use their keys to enter your room to show other clients- invasion of privacy. Some rooms don’t even have inside lock which means ppl can directly enter the room. ~ cleanliness is just ‘for show’- the microwave isn’t cleaned for weeks, they mention that room cleaning will be done every alternate days but they that doesn’t happen. ~ they don’t care if you have issues with your roommate- smoking is not allowed but even after complaining it’s not taken seriously. This issue especially is connected to health; and their reaction was “ mujhe nhi laga tha ki Itna problem h “. This is why I had to shift to another pg ~ the food they get from another pg, I’ve seen insects in it hence won’t suggest you to eat please ~ you have to remind them multiple times for days to repair one thing of your room. - my room’s exhaust was broken and having a chain smoker as my roommate I used to enter in Manali for 2 months because of all the smoke in the room. The place is good location is also good All basic needs are at walking distance . But staff ( men ) enter the rooms without even ringing door bell. As they have duplicate keys. They should know it's a women's pg. Many doors don't have proper locks from inside Only depending on latch is not correct. Secondly few rooms stink with cigarette smoke. It's difficult for double / tripple occupancy ladies to stay with smoking rooms partners. The management should keep strict rule for no smoking . Or give single occupancy to smokers. Or keep all smokers in one or 2 rooms. Rather than spoiling the health of non smokers. Passive smoking is equally bad. Or atleast keep a smoking zone separately for smokers. They should visit and tell the smokers not to smoke inside the room. Or remove them from the pg itself if they don't follow the rules. If this feedback is not looked into by the owners of the pg. They might lose good clientele

Food is worst in quality, quantity and taste, no options. Only 1 thing is good which is room, but cupboards are very small. Managers are not good. Doesn't fix the issues until n unless told 5 6 times.

Very nicely located PG . Every basic necessities medical store, hospital, reliance fresh, restaurants kirana shop, bakery, shoes, clothes, Even a Ganpati temple.Bus stop, auto stand, All nearby. Rooms +passage corridors are clean availability of food , tv, fridge etc. Onlyone requirement is the doors/ window should have mosquito net, so that door/ window can be kept open for air circulation in the rooms. Else it becomes very congested and stuffy.

TO OWNER : my friend who has been staying here from past few months has told a lot of positive things about this place like the good food and amenities , but recently started getting lot of complaints like “ THE STAFF RANDOMLY OPENS DOORS USING KEYS WITHOUT KNOCKING FROM OUTSIDE WHILE SHOWING THE ROOMS WITH EMPTY BEDS TO OTHERS AND THE WATCHMAN IS VERY LAZY , most of the time the delivery people go till the girls rooms to give the delivery as no one there to interrogate them in the reception , WORST PART I FELT IS THAT ALL STAFF AND EVEN CLEANING 🧹 PEOPLE ARE GUYS AND SOME PEOPLE ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THAT !! I mean who keeps a girls pg with only men staff and no women at all ?

Overall great place, clean n tidy. Food is good, close to all key shops. And Staff are good n polite too. 1 star less because 1. breakfast coming very late college going students are struggling being late to college. Pl take care of breakfast by sharp 8am, really appreciate 2. No milk, coffee or tea morning n evening provided. If these 2 thing ydken care it's amazing place to stay for girls, ladies.
