“Overpriced resort. Not worth spending 12k per night, without complimentary Lunch and dinner. Other resorts have better options. They really need to disinect the rooms. NOT HEALTHY. Food is also overpriced. They forgot our dinner order. We waiting for 2hrs. We should have asked for a refund. But we let it go, because we are not going visit this resort again.”

“The room is spacious and proximity with Ellora and Grishneshwar is excellent. About service and staff - it was a bad experience. The room was not cleaned of the garbage from the previous guests. No senior staff available to attend. Till 0200 in the morning works continued to happen in the hotel make rest impossible. The duty staff and security all went away to a room to rest and no one available to attend the civil team working around at night. The insulation of the doors and windows is non existent. All sounds from anywhere around - birds and dogs, people in corridors, kids playing, and kitchen washing time - everything will be heard in the room loudly. Electricity back up is missing and very inconvenient as fans and AC kept switching on and off randomly all night.”

“Extremely disappointing stay. This hotel calls itself “five-star”, but in reality it feels like a budget hotel charging luxury prices. The value for money is simply not there. Lets start - Before arrival we were bombarded with unnecessary payment requests even though we had already paid. Once the cancellation window closed, the price suddenly dropped — very misleading. On-site, things got worse: dirty carpet, bad mattress ,clogged sink, smelly water, and poor hot water. When we asked for solution for the mattress they put us sofa mattress and leave the old one in the middle of the room. Breakfast was far below standard, and the “yoga class” they advertised didn’t exist. The worst - the women manager. She was completely unhelpful and unavailable. Extremely bad. I was shocked. Overall, the hotel seems far more interested in squeezing money out of guests than providing any real service. Nice exterior and decent location near Hampi ruins, but everything else was a letdown. Definitely not five stars, and not worth the high rates.”

Dee★★★★★Worst Resort. Donot Go based on Google images. they r very old. We booked for delux rooms they gave twin bed room. bed was very hard we asked them to change it . Rooms are not at all worth 10k. ambience is very poor. very normal rooms. No proper TT bats in play area. Game rooma were not well maintained. Donot Take 201 and 202. They kept Cycles which is not in good condition. Tv clarity qas very bed. Remote was not working. Switch light are there behind bed difficult to off. Too much power cuts. bcz of that stuggled to change the channels. Pool is very good but garden can be maintained better. Parking was not properly maintained. Ambience Doesnot look premium Hotel They gave fruit basket for complimentary which is of very poor. Broken basket with a jar and 4 small cookies inside. jasr was not even properly closed and 2 bananas. Over All worst experince. Donor go based on google reviews. its not at all RESORT juts normal hotel stay which is not worth the money.

Santhosh Reddy★★★★★I booked Heritage Report Hampi during peak tourist season. Front office/reservation team called me later in the evening and said hotel is overbooked and they want me to cancel the booking by when i was already in Hampi with kids. I tried to explain the situation but the staff insisted to cancel and they are doing me a big favour by calling me instead of cancelling from their side. I asked to speak to manager, some lady picked up and said she is the senior front desk manager and she straight away started talking rudely and said either i cancel it they will cancel. I asked for the GM and they said he is on vacation and they ended up cancelling my reservation. If a paid confirmed reservation is not honoured by the hotel they why have a online reservation, make reservation system offline and let guest come and book directly at the location. Worst customer service.

Archana Mishra★★★★★Pros- 1. Place is good, quiet. Ppl who are nature lovers, can definitely like this place 2. Dinner spread is good 3. Resort staff are good Cons- 1. Not child friendly. No ramp for strollers 2. Room is not clean, you can find visible cracks in the room & washroom 3. Fridge wasn’t working. Raised complaints multiple time, but issue wasn’t resolved. This was important for us as we had 5 month infant 4. No one came to clean the room, we had to call multiple times. 5. Water bottle provided in the room might not RO water. We got sick after drinking it 6. We requested for nearby room, but no one helped us. Imagine carrying a kid & stroller every time you go out for breakfast or dinner. As stroller doesn’t work here & no one is there to help you 7. We requested for room change, it was simply ignored by staff & management 8. We requested for bed sheet change, it took almost 3 hours to change a bed sheet. And that too after multiple calls. Initially the request was denied by cleaning lady 9. Power issues. At night time also the power wasn’t there & we had to call reception. Overall not a good/pleasant stay that we were hoping for.

Overpriced, poor facilities, dirty rooms, unhelpful management, and false promises (like yoga and a proper breakfast). Definitely not five stars, and not worth the money.

Meta Ark Lee★★★★★I stayed here in a pool villa with a private pool. I liked both the public and private pools. But the service is the worst. If I ordered more three towels, the first day came 30 minutes later and the second day took more than 10 minutes. In this hotel restaurant most of the food is Indian, so if you are a non-Indian national(western, east asia), I recommend another hotels.

Prakhar Mehta★★★★★I recently checked in at Heritage Resort Hampi, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering our room, we found various items such as cashews, cold drinks, and other snacks placed conspicuously. At no point were we informed that these items were chargeable. As any parent can understand, my 3-4 year old child eagerly consumed some of these snacks. To my shock, with in 10 mins I was informed that these items were indeed chargeable and at an exorbitant rate. This information was never communicated to us at check-in or through any visible signs in the room. Mr. Maruti from the reception was particularly unhelpful and insistent that we pay for these items, treating it as if it was entirely our mistake. This lack of transparency and the attempt to thrust these unreasonable charges on us without prior warning is unacceptable. I urge management to ensure that all guests are clearly informed about any chargeable items in the rooms at the time of check-in to avoid such unpleasant surprises. This experience left a very sour taste and significantly impact our stay.

In our room there were two tinned - small - boxes of nuts kept apart from few fruits and confectionery items; without any message that they are chargeable. At checkout management asking us to pay. Nothing complimentary from the resort like Shylock they will bulldoze you to pay. Before checking in kindly confirm before using any stuff in the room. Very bad experience.

Ram D★★★★★The stay was very unpleasant due to the bad food and service here. Our family fell sick on eating the food. The rice is not cooked well, they don't know how to put salt in basic things like dal etc. They put excess salt, don't know how to make decent food. Service is poor. Especially they don't even serve welcome Drink to all guests, are not bothered if they all had or some didn't get it even. In the restaurant choice of breakfast was very bad and they don't know how to respond when guest ask for coffee. Something that is very basic. Also, they don't come and ask if we need anything like dosa etc from live choice, even after asking they don't know how to serve it. They miss all these things, but they smartly force us to take the buffet every meal. We have stayed at many places where we are served by tribal people who are very nice actually. But here the management is not good that's the reason nothing goes well here. Still we are not ok in terms of health. If we ask for medicine at reception they don't even have the manners to give it or even give a response. They didn't even bother to call back and confirm if it's there or not. Please don't stay here ever.
