Earlier it is good this pg. 500-1000 costlier than other PGs. The rooms and bathrooms are average and bathrooms are worst.. They have many common bathrooms which are not at all neat. Reminded me of Delhi belly movie. But food used to be good. Nowadays from 2 months many people joined who are students and blue collar workers.. accomodated extra persons. But the food quantity is not changed.. instead of providing extra ration owner is showing greediness and adjusting the ration which resulted in taste of food. The cook is mixing water in everything to manage food for everyone. The rice quality is also changed. almost every day cost cutting is made by owner.. It has become worst pg nowadays. You can see all reviews are old and given 5 star as owner requested to post when food used to be good with less people. Daily there is issues and repairs with anything you can guess. Owner doesn't rectify the mistake but manages and forget it. Washing machines are 5th or 6 the hand and water doesn't comes in properly. It takes 3 to 4 hours if we doesn't pour water normally and when power cut happens there is no backup and the program ends in waazshing machine. Power backup is not at all good. o

Food is good in this PG. Owner and cook are very friendly. Cleaning will be done daily. But building is somewhat old which makes some minor issues. Other than that you can choose this PG if you want good food.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I stayed in this PG for a while and had a really good experience overall. The food is tasty and feels homely, rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Cleanliness is a top priority here — rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are cleaned regularly. The owner is friendly, supportive, and always ready to help. The environment feels safe and comfortable. The only drawback is that there’s no generator. They have an inverter backup, which only supports emergency lights and Wi-Fi during power cuts — so fans and other appliances don’t work. If they install a generator, this place would easily be a 5-star PG!

This pg is good in maintaining and food. It is near main road there is no problem for transport and no need to walk for more distance. Landmark also good exactly infront of arogya cafe. Overall maintainance is good but building is old so some inconvenience is there.

I have been staying in the PG for last few weeks and I feel it good for few reasons: 1- It is walkable distance to my office 2- The PG looks old from outside but very spacious 3- maintenance is good 4- Good south India food but sometimes we need to adjust 5- Owner speaks with respect and gives good response Negative is that there is not enough parking space. Overall I give 4.5/5 and would recommend it.

I stayed in the pg almost a year The pg is good It’s located very close to the tech park which is very convenient My room was actually spacious with a separate toilet in the room Owner and the staffs are friendly The only thing is the pg might look a little oldand dull from the out but inside the rooms are clean and spacious and nice (im not sure about the 3 sharing rooms) I think the owner should work on the outside look of the pg probably paint it and im sure it will match the surroundings as it kinda looks old from out (thats what my friends said as well) Apart from that everything else as per my experience is actually quite good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️because one for outside look.
