“I stayed in this PG for 3 months and had a very bad experience. The owner was too worse and her behavior is not good—she often says “management is not accepting” but refuses to let us meet them. Food quality is poor and always limited, with frequent shortages, and extra food is sometimes given very late. Cleaning is also neglected, especially washrooms, which are not cleaned regularly. She often raises her voice while talking to students, which feels disrespectful. Also, my advance amount has not been returned. I would suggest others speak to current residents before joining this PG.”

In the beginning, the owner (a lady) treated us well, but after that, she became very rude. If we give suggestions or feedback, she is not ready to accept it. She argues with us. I am not satisfied with this PG because we pay money earned by our parents. Money doesn't fall from the sky; it is our parents' hard-earned money. So we expect it to be worth the cost. Coming to the food quality, it is the worst. The sambar doesn't taste like sambar; it is mostly water. The buttermilk and milk are 90% water. How can we drink that? I remember days when I got angry, cried, and went to sleep hungry. We are all writing this review genuinely. These are not fake reviews.”

Kavya H S★★★★★I stayed in this PG for 3 months and had a very bad experience. The owner’s behavior towards the PG members was rude and uncomfortable. They took 7000 for rent and 3000 as advance even for just three month stay and did not return ₹1000 properly. The food quality was not good and there were frequent shortages many times. Washrooms were also not cleaned regularly even though they promised weekly cleaning, but sometimes it was cleaned only after 20 days. They also interfered too much in tenants’ personal matters, which made the stay stressful and unpleasant. I hope they improve their management, cleanliness, food quality, and the way they treat residents.
