My recent stay at the hotel was nothing short of a nightmare due to unprofessional staff and continuous harassment. I initially called the hotel reception to book two rooms for a two-night stay, explicitly requesting the total price for both rooms over the phone. Subsequently, I received a confirmation on WhatsApp, clearly stating the agreed-upon price for the two-night stay for both rooms, and also the hotel management verbally confirmed the same. Subsequently, I made an advance payment to secure the room booking. Upon my guests' check-in on the first day, I settled the remaining amount as well. However, my experience took a drastic turn around 6 pm the next day when I received a call from the hotel's reception at Priyadarshani classic. Shockingly, they insisted that I pay the same amount again, claiming it was a one-night tariff, and I had to pay separately for the second night. Despite explaining that I had already paid the agreed-upon amount, the receptionist persisted. Very disappointing stay. Electricity was cut in the room at night and never restored before checkout. Rooms are tiny, with torn linens and old mosaic floors. Very limited menu options as well. Poor experience overall — would not recommend.

Pathetic experience specially restaurant part. Don't book hotel with breakfast and dinner. They will give coupon and the food against coupon is so spicy that you won't be able to eat. Same food we paid and ate, the taste was ok. The service is very bad. In restaurant they charge Rs. 30 for each water bottle. Overall it was a bad experience for us.

Bad experience we stayed a week ago actually we asked 2 rooms there is receptionist old man in midnight he quoted 6000 for 2 ac rooms we bargained like we go early then he said 5000 without bill cash payment then we accepted, and horrible thing was he started calling to us by 6 in the morning and just like pushing us out, we asked about casual any bill he regretted and didn't given bill, i think management should take care about it.

Food was good - 4 star Service and attitude - 1 star We were carrying food for baby (2 years) and they didn't not allow to feed as we violated their so called rule#1 - " Outside food not allowed" and forced us to re-pack the food from plate. I totally understand why outside food is not allowed, but you should also understand situation of someone who is traveling with kids and elderly people. I requested to talk to manager, no one turned up.

WORST STAFF and SERVICE! The table we sat on for breakfast was not clean and inspite of telling multiple times to multiple staff members, nobody got it cleaned. Ordered something and got something else on the table. Inspite explaining and complaining nobody cared and instead the management and staff behaved rudely with us. Till the end inspite of telling soooo many times, the table was still not cleaned. Kudos to their stubbornness and shameless'ness.

I have visited Hampi on 13th Jan 2024 and booking this hotel was the biggest mistake I did (Rs 8848 for two night stay). It looks like an A/C lodge rather than a hefty priced hotel. Let me make my experience short. Pros 1) Location is good, so you can get good food/tea from the opposite hotels and coffee stall Cons 1) Pathetic or non supportive front office staff 2) Mediocre reception appearance (for a feel) 3) Only one plug point in the whole room (I have never seen anywhere) 4) Have to argue for getting a parking space or you have to park in the road. 4) Salty curd rice and below standard juice with a hefty price. 5) Toiletries includes two soaps and two shampoo 6) Breakfast only by 8 AM. 7) Many light fittings are absent or removed. As a whole, my experience was bad and I won’t recommend or take their service

Highly unprofessinal and greedy people are the hotel, giving them lowest rating as that is what they deserved. I booked the hotel via goibibo and even confirmed the booking with them a week before checking date. They simply denied us admission on the pretext that they never got the booking. BTW there numbers on the website rarely works. Even if you want to cancel a booking for a better one, you should inform the customers well before the check-in date. Don't fall for the positive reviews, focus on the negative ones as that's the truth.

I have booked the room through makemy trip for 16th aug and tried calling them for two days to enquire that if they have early check in...but nobody picks the call.our check in was at 12.00 we reached the hotel at 7.30 and asked them wether we can check early. The boy in the reception asked extra money for that even the room was free and ready.Thats also okay we were ready to pay, but he was asking 1500 for that extra 3.5 hour...the whole booking rate is 5300 and we didnt have any choice rather than paying it...thats seems very unfair even we didnt get a reciept for that...maybe going to his own pocket...also the room service is very poor you have to wait for 1 hour to get something from them...we requested one plate and it was also very dirty and had previous food waste in it.. i recomend this hotel to Noone.

worst service they have given to me. I have booked Ac deluxe room. When i switch on the AC, it give out such a bad smell. I asked them to give me other room and i got one also. But the second room AC came with out remote and temperature was fixed to 25 degree and keeps on leaking water through out the night. The bath room door mat was awful.....i have asked them replace, the room service guy took the mat but did not replace it at all. When i try to lock the room, door lock did not work at all... I had to ask the service person to help me......On the whole, this hotel is not work for what we pay......

Worst experience. We have booked the hotel for 2 days from 5th Feb to 7th Feb. We did a late check in the hotel on 5th due to some personal reason for which we informed them before hand. Their check out time was before 12 noon. On the day of checkout 7th February they continuously called us from 9:26am to checkout immediately as it's their check out time. But we said that in your hotel receipt it is written before 12 noon. So we will checkout before 12. Then too the receptionist argued, he is very rude. My worst experience. Never ever go to this hotel.

The hotel looks very nice from outside, but once we saw our room, we were bit disappointed. The Door itself was very ugly. Room was small, not enough for 3 adults. Wardrobe was smelling horrible once we opened it to keep our dresses. Washroom was old & it did not have a toilet hand spray. All the taps were in bad conditions. Worse, the washroom had a ventilated connection to the bedroom! We asked for a quiet room, but the window glass was of so poor quality that soundproofing was almost absent. Too much noise from outside caused sleeping disturbance. Again mosquitoes did not help either. The service was another issue – even after asking 4-5 times for a mosquito coil, we did not get any. Even for drinking water as well, we had to call the operator 3 times. Too bad service, will not recommend to any one.
