Poor facilities and unhygienic food. No proper dining area, rooms and washrooms not cleaned, and advance amount 3000 not refunded. In the beginning they'll talk very sweetly but later they'll ask why can't you adjust at all. Fully money-minded. Worst lunch also. Not worth staying here🙏

I stayed at this PG and had a very difficult experience. The facilities were poorly maintained, hygiene was not up to the mark, and basic needs like clean water, proper food, and timely maintenance were not met. Communication and support from the management were also very disappointing. I would not recommend this PG to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe stay. Please visit in person and check everything before making a decision. ADVANCE ALSO NOT RETURNING Very bad experience. Poor maintenance, unhygienic rooms, and lack of basic facilities. Management support was not good. Not recommended for anyone.

I stay here for 6 months at the start they said 3000 is deposit and return will be 2000, but they not given full amount of my the advance, - if you have any complaint wry bad to solve by the owner ( never pickup the call) - Food is not good not proper seating arrangement and not well higiene maintained, - About cleaning and maintenance cleaning is weekly Onece and washroom never been cleaned, - Drinking water machine also not good some time it malfunction. -

Worst PG experience. No proper canteen facility, no tables or chairs. Food quality was very bad — they made breakfast with last night’s rice, chapathi was very oily, and sambar had no vegetables. No place to sit for dinner, even in the rain we had to stand. Rooms and washrooms were never cleaned. Management doesn’t return the advance amount, giving excuses about rules. Not recommended at all.

we have taken this PG on 2 sharing for one month only which was clarified from the day one and we used the PG for one month only for which they took 3000 as advance and per month 6000 as rent which we paid both in advance, later they wanted to convert it 3 sharing by forcibly adding one more person for which we storngly opposed, after vacating wen we asked to return the deposit amont they refused to pay and after long argument they deducted 1000 and paid 2000, which was a very bad experience for us

I personally don't recommend this pg,the food is good but the room was very bad with dirty smell, At first they didn't said rules after when iam leaving they are saying those rules and they are consuming alcohol in my room i have a pic and when iam leaving they said like they will return full advance but at last they gave 2500 in 3000 that to when iam requested very bad pg i don't recommend they are so rude when giving the advance back
