Terrible stay at Treebo Punarnava – Unsafe, mismanaged and not et all worth the money.||Had to cut short a 2-night stay due to a cooking gas leak reaching the first floor — staff were unaware until I alerted them. Room was nothing like the photos: cramped, smelly sheets, water leak noise, poor breakfast, and no proper parking.||Treebo and Cleartrip support kept blaming each other. Escalation went nowhere. Even their WhatsApp support (+91 95130 00497) is a joke — just a chatbot stuck in loops, offering no resolution.||This place isn’t worth booking in advance. Avoid for your safety and peace of mind.

I usually don’t write negative reviews but this particular stay forced me to write one. I was a solo traveler and wanted a decent stay during the peak season of Christmas. I had booked this hotel considering the high amount of reviews and expected a decent stay. I entered the hotel and there was no reception apart from a bell boy. That too I was lucky that he was on the same floor. I was given the room without any identification checks which should have been my first red flag. As soon as I entered the room there was no current, There is a card holder which is supposed to control the power but that is just for show, The person turned it on from outside using a mains switch. This should have been my second red flag. Now as soon as I turned the AC on the ac started making noise without any cold air coming and when I entered the toilet the seat was broken. Adding onto this there was no towel, water bottle, soap, kettle and the basic amenities we expect from a decent hotel. On informing this to the bell boy for which I had to literally shout as he was not near reception and was on some other floor. Post which he gave me a water bottle, kettle (extremely dirty), towel and soap. Which sho

Hotel's location is at a considerable distance from the main city. Room I got was very congested. Bathroom cum toilet was also very congested. Room service was extremely poor. There is no parking even for a single car. Car has to be parked on bypass road which is a big problem. Overall experience was disappointing.

Absolutely disgusting experience. I rlly wish there ws an option to put zero stars. Sheets weren't evn changed, they had stains nd were brown in colour. Nobody ws present at the reception. I had to go down to the cafe owner who's also the hotel owner to go nd complain three times jus to get them to put in new sheets. Upon asking the first time the worker got evn worse sheets nd only after asking the third time did he provide washed sheets (these were also bad but it ws better thn bfr). Sheets had holes as well. Overall very bad experience

There is no parking for 4 wheeler, we had to park car on road. The AC switch was intentionally switched off by receptionist in midnight so we had to identify the exact reason for a long time. No common facility like toothbrush,shaving kit, soap was given. Drinking water we had to ask to then only it was given that too one bottle. Food served by them is worst, found big insect in it. Good point - hot water for bath

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay. The hotel fell short of expectations in several areas. The service was poor, with unhelpful staff, particularly at reception. There were frequent power outages and a lack of drinking water. The bedsheets and towels were unclean, and requests to change them were ignored. Despite booking details mentioning 2 hours of complementary checkout extension, the hotel owner refused to accommodate even a 30-minute extension, causing us to miss planned activities. The WiFi connection was also weak and unreliable. Overall, the experience was subpar, and it is not 3 star hotel.

We didn't proceed with the stay after booking this hotel online because while booking we were given an option to pay at the hotel which we selected. But within 2 hours we started getting chased for making the payment immediately else face the cancellation.

I just watched a video about your hotel, and I must say, you really need to either train your staff or replace them. Don’t they know the basic manners of how to treat customers? Also, make sure the rooms are properly cleaned after every checkout before assigning them to new guests.

Just saw a video about your hotel from a fellow vlogger. Treat people like shit understand it will bite back in the long run. Felt sad for my friend that he has to go through denial of service, abuse, bullying from your own hotel staff. No matter what’s your reply going to be, what’s done is done.

Very bad atmosphere. I had found remains of food waste in my room. When electricity got cut off evening 6 pm, there's no backup generator, when i tried to complaint about this to the reception, every bad and arrogance from them. Please avoid this hotel guys

Worst Experience ever ! NEVER EVER book this hotel ! I made an online booking through Agoda (which says pay at the property by reserving with my credit card). Next day, I got an email requesting me to do partial payment (just to be sure I will visit it seems). Email was received at 1:00 PM. Later at 1:50 PM, I got an email stating "your booking is cancelled on your request". Will I be always watching my email notifications or even mobile, that they cancel the booking in just 50 minutes? I had made all the plans and they cancel even without calling me! In such a short period of time, seriously?? If I would have not turned up, anyways my credit card was registered and I would have been charged 90% of the booking amount. Such a poor service hotel ! SCAMSTERS !!!!!! I wish this hotel is closed soon ! It's rated as 3 star, but definitely not worth of 3 star service.
