Terrible! Could easily rent an apartment with half the price. The room service is irregular. You only get 1 kitchen on the rooftop which is supposed to be shared by all. You get 1 fridge per floor meaning you have to pray each morning that someone else is not consuming your milk. The electricity bill is high even though there is no AC. 4 washing machines are to be shared by everyone in the building. And for drying you get a small corner on the rooftop. Expect your clothes to be lying on the floor when you go and collect them. Wifi is slow for the price you pay. Also expect some bugs in your bathroom. And TV is a joke, but no one watches it anyway 🤷.

Ridiculous services, the most disgusting place to stay, especially the manager Tek Bohra in Zolo Mishal does surge pricing & doesn’t provide break up, the room has cockroaches & people develop food poisoning & diseases. They don’t care, impose infact late payment charges, such a commercial place, charge extra money for everything. There’s no proper security, someone else picks up your food, they send back the courier guys. They just shamelessly keep asking for money & don’t provide any service.

Very bad expirience with the staff. Staff is very lazy and non responsive. They will trick you into giving extra money for the same room and even then overcharge you by adding hidden changes. They charge for water commom area electricity and many hidden changes. Doesn't even deserve 1/2star. There are cockroches everywhere in room and toilet. Not clean at all.

Worst experience with the booking, I had liked and booked the single sharing room in the pg but the service is very disappointing they cancelled my booking just 3 days from my booking date and this has really caused a big trouble for me 21st of august my college is gonna start and I don’t have a place to stay and knit sure if I will get a pg. after all this I was suggested to adjust for a double sharing room. I had booked the pg 2 months prior and this was really a very short notice. Imagine a 3 day notice period where you have packed all your bags to move into the pg and the pain of not getting a pg. I have also complained in the consumer court regarding this and the company’s support team is supposed to call me within 24 hours but still there’s no call. I wouldn’t even rate this service with 1 star l. Really really disappointed about this. For all this days I was shown in the app that my booking has been confirmed and suddenly I get a refund and my booking has been cancelled.

Seriously feeling very bad. The quality was simple and so good, now they charging for laundry in the rent, water charges and the services are so bad. Not responding to any tickets, complete useless laundry as it feels like they didn't even wash. Only charging unwantedly.

My experience at Zolo Mishal has been incredibly frustrating. The staff fails to wear uniforms, and there’s no manager on site to resolve issues. There’s a high rate of staff turnover, and the housekeeping is inadequate. Repairs are handled only temporarily, with no customer service follow-up. The property is dirty and plagued with cockroaches. Given the exorbitant fees, the service falls far short of expectations

Being single room long stay occupant from more than 1 year .Very sad at the state of things at Zolo Mishal.The staff doesn’t wear the uniform. No active manager to be contacted. Staff keeps leaving jobs. After paying so much ridiculous services. Housekeeping is bad, ticket raised against an issue or repair is resolved temporarily. No Customer service calls and checks if the issue is resolved genuinely. Mr. Tek at the property level closes the ticket after temporary denting .

This is the worst pg i ever stays in my life, basic things are not available, only fancy photos they have posted on internet. But no support from manager Tek borkha we raise the complaint but no action it takes two weeks to fix a simple thing.wifi speed is too slow.

Very bad place. Staff not supportive. Too costly. Lot of cockroaches. No response to raised tickets. Go there if you want to make your life hell. Also they will bound you financially and even then not provide what was agreed.

The property is not yet ready and the Zolo team avoided any questions regarding the amenities saying that the property is new. The charges are too high compared to other, much better-maintained properties. I had a lot of complaints about the amenities and the property staff helped but the Zolo support team was completely irresponsive. TV, lift etc were not functional even after weeks of moving in. Would not recommend this property to anyone.
