Absolutely horrendous maintenance. The food here is the worst you’ll find anywhere. It’s disgusting and tasteless. There are always cockroaches and rats everywhere, making it impossible to live peacefully. The washroom is filthy and poorly maintained, with broken fittings and no proper cleaning. The rooms are cramped, with bad ventilation and no proper furniture. The staff is unhelpful and doesn’t care about your concerns. For the price they charge, it’s a total waste. They could easily make things better, but they clearly don’t care. Stay away from this place!

Worst Experience Ever. I didn't want to post this but due to my health which got bit worse because of this creepy people am posting this. Let me tell you what happened, I have joined this pg around 2nd or 3rd March 2023. So my vacating day will be obviously 3nd or 3rd right. I told pg owner uncle that I will vacate on 1st morning itself. Due to unexpected fever I was unable to pack all my luggage so I told him that within 5pm I'll vacate the room and I was having 102 degree temprature and that too I had to work for half day unfortunately because of project deadline. I was forced to vacate the pg with high fever,the pg owner wo so rude for just 2-3 hours extra he wanted me to pay for a whole day. Also he warned me that he will throw all my luggage outside if I don't vacate before 1pm. Rooms are all empty but still these people don't have Humanity. 1.)No Dustbin for each floor. When asked where should we throw period pads the pg lady will say that,colect all the pads in a cover for 7 days and keep under your bed. Once done with your periods come and throw down in the dustbin. Seriously??!! 2.) Food : Assume if you have packed your food,all of sudden afnun you'll have unplanned lunch

This PG has some unusual rules that I have not seen in other PGs in Bangalore. In most PGs, if you leave without informing in advance, they may deduct from your advance, but here they ask you to pay an additional 15 days’ rent, which is unfair. Even if you pay rent today and get a job in another location tomorrow, the owner does not return even half the amount, citing his own rules. Many people have left this PG because the owner seems too greedy about money. Facilities are also not good. Hot water is not available all the time, rooms are very congested, and there is only one washing machine, which is not in good condition. Students from Palle Technologies planning to stay here should be cautious. If you get a job and plan to leave, the owner may quarrel with you. Overall, facilities are limited and management is difficult to deal with.
