Absolutely poor, they charge maintenance of 2300 + 7000 for single sharing which is nonsense. More than that they asked to stay with the smoker. You can't use the bathroom and sleep calmly due to the smoke inside. Overall they deduct all the amount from your advance paid. More then this they charge electricity and water bill along with maintenance charges of 2300

Words can't define how bad my experience was at this property. Even the slightest drizzling or a passing water tanker results in the whole area becoming a swamp and you'll have to crawl your way in the mud to reach your room. The property caretaker is super rude, and offers no help whatsoever. You'll be absolutely surprised for the electricity charges you'll end up paying. They even include the common area charges in your electricity bill, and they are not mentioned anywhere when you sign up. My roommate had her parcel stole right from outside the room, and when we wanted to check the CCTV footage, they shared an edited video. We had a stay only for one month, and couldn't stay for a day longer. If you seriously want to waste your money and don't mind ruining your Bangalore experience, then this is the place for you. Else, keep looking!

I stayed there for about a month and it was very bad experience with everything. My parcel got stolen by some random outsider from just outside my room and when I filed a complaint against this the irresponsible caretaker of the property showed me the edited clip of the camera footage so that no one can be seen taking my parcel and then I my self personally have seen the original footage and me and my friends have clearly seen the person taking my parcel and this was not it my clothes also got stolen from the washing machine. Will not at all advice to opt for this property.

A good place to live in. Rent is quite reasonable, and the area has many outlets for people to eat. The management staff used to handle problems at the earliest, but since the change of Cluster manager, it's not as prompt. Just the Wi-Fi is not good, and although the place has security cameras, there isn't any security guard as such, the cleaning staff itself deals with that.
