It's been a little more than one year since I am staying here. What I liked about this place is its location and locality, because it's a rather peaceful street and you can get groceries and essential items from nearby stores. The landlady is very good and gentle, she lives on the ground floor with her family, and she is very helpful regarding any issue you might have living here. The food service is on time and there's no problem if online food delivery is called. Rooms are cleaned by the janitor 4-5 times a week, so quite a clean place too. The roof is quite small as there's a room there also, but quite enough for laundry and a decent view too. There are two common washing machines on the ground floor used by all people living in the building. RO water for drinking is also available for all on the ground floor from a dispenser. Eating area is on the ground floor besides the kitchen, which is kept rather clean around the clock. What might be improved: 1. Having pest control once a month because the mosquitoes on the ground floor eating area are very troublesome. 2. If you own a bike, sometimes it may get a bit crowded if you want to park it in the parking area, as many people here

Facilities are extremely good especially food No power cut with 24 hours backup maintaining a standby generator. Also There Is no water problem here. And coming to owners are soo good, soo friendly they are talking and maintaining the all stuff about the people who are staying there. Such a nice place in Bellandur to stay here. I preferred here to stay I'm good with all infrastructure and facilities here compared to the other.

It's a hidden gem in bellendur. This is the best PG in bellendur, perphaps the best in bangalore. Pros 1. Close to ecospace and ecoworld offices. (Accenture, HSBC, Congizent, INUT, Capgemini, Deliotte, Intel, Honeywell) 2. No issues with Wifi and network for WRH 3. Water 24×7 (including hot water) 4. Proper cleaning everyday. Never had any issue. 5. Any issues are quickly resolved by the owner 6. Room size and ventilaion is way much better compared to other nearby pgs & "fancy" colives. 7. Shops, temple, groceries, pure veg restaurants are nearby. 8.Food is very delicious! It's rare to find any possitive reivew about Pgs with good food. This is that rarest Pg where food is really homely and healthy, along with uncompromised taste! They serve food 3 times. Extra rice is kept for late comers. Non Veg is served on Sundays and it's the best chicken dish you will have. Some wednesdays they cook egg rice which is way better than restaurtants Frankly speaking owner's cooking style is amazing. 9. Owners are friendly and they live in the ground floor. 10. PG is also budget friendly. Cons: Nothing Overall, if you are looking for a good PG and not a "fancy" one like Colives this is
