“Hotel Stay Review I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. First, the night manager's behavior was extremely rude, which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. A little courtesy goes a long way, but sadly, it was missing here. Second, I was stuck in the bathroom for 30 minutes due to a faulty lock. To make matters worse, the maintenance manager was not available at night, leaving me in a very uncomfortable situation. Additionally, while booking, I specifically inquired about the rates with and without breakfast. However, on the day of departure, we left without breakfast because the serving time was 9 AM, which is too late for many guests, including us. Despite this, the hotel refused to offer any discount or adjustment on the final bill. Overall, it was a pathetic experience. The lack of professionalism, poor management, and unsatisfactory customer service make it hard to recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope the management takes steps to improve their services and address these issues.”

“Worst and the Shadiest hotel in Tumkur. Would rate it in negative if there was an option.Don't know if this can be called a lodge also. Horrible service and nobody is bothered about the guest. All they need during checkin is Payment, after that they won't look at you. The rooms are filthy, the door of the rooms don't have any security apart from the digital lock that can be opened anytime with the card that the staff has. The dustbin wasn't cleared when we checked in. Bedsheets were dirty. They don't have basic tea sachets but still they have kept a useless kettle in the room. When asked the staff he said will send and it never arrived even after following up 3 times. BTW we have to physically go to the reception for any service as the phones don't work here . Family and women please refrain from booking this hotel ever”

Chidambaram Moorthy★★★★★If there was an option to rate it 0 star I would. The AC was centralised and the owner kept switching it off every 20mins and there no cooling. Morning there was no water coming from the taps, and we were informed to wait for 5 mins. But after 20 mins we got dirty water from toilet and basin both. It costed 2.5k for the AC room. Next time if they ask me to stay free of cost also, I would still reject it.

Amitava Saha★★★★★Rooms are available at the single floor only i.e. 3rd floor. Hotel has no self restaurant. In the same building two restaurants are on the other two floors. In breakfast, they are providing only South Indian thali but the taste is good. No tea, no juice is provided by them. Room is not cleaned and smell is coming. This is basically no star hotel but they claimed they are 4star 😆😆😆. Only stay you can avail but without any other.facilities

Abhinav Ajay Shenoy★★★★★We had a very poor service and also the manager/receptionist named Ganesh checked our towels(which describes the cheap attitude of the manager). He said that he would charge 250/- for each towel if there is any stain and also he started yelling at us and the toilets were not cleaned properly and even the small shower near the closet was broken.Such a worst experience till date in any hotel. Otherwise nice rooms

MyGlobalExperience★★★★★Initially on arrival the hotel was having maintenance work, which was causing a right racket with builders having minimal health and safety awareness.||||The check in process was quick and easy. The room was very small and difficult to move around. We stayed here for a 6 nights after the location was ideal for travelling around Tumkur and Bangalore.||||The hotel had no standard amenities, no fresh towels or even cleaning the room even after we requested. ||||Normal process is paying after we checked out. The hotel staff literally put us on arrest and wouldn’t let us leave until we had paid even though we had another 24hours at the hotel. We had no currency and forced to pay in pounds! After spending nearly 2 hours in explaining we had no money we had no option in paying extra in £££.||||We would not recommend this place! The staff are perverts and freaky! Heavy maintenance work going on ! No kitchen ! no clean bedding! Forceful staff

I saw that the room was not clean and the bed and linen are stained and asked to change the room … But staff informed that not possible as it the hotel is full …. Next day while leaving before for the day hotel staff asked to leave the key and they will move the luggage…. We handed over key and mentioned to shift…. Later in the evening we found that our items were missing…. Hotel manager was irresponsible to state that the things were kept by me somewhere and it was not evidently visible…. And he called his staff over phone and asked the staff said that he did not take and see and manager was shouting to me back that he believes in his staff that none of his staff has taken ….. No proper enquiry has happened and also irresponsible manager was not ready to check for the CCTV camera as he simply stated that he don’t know how to operate…. Neither reception phone no works and u have to walk 100 times to the reception to bring something …. Cleanliness is zero …. This hotel has to be closed permanently….

Lalit Hinduja★★★★★Only Property & Rooms are Good. Service is Pathetic, not worth at all. It’s only about money. They charge Rs. 1800 for Non- AC rooms and in the name of complementary stuff they provide you one Sacket of Green Tea one Sacket of Sugar, one Sacket of Milk Powder ONLY for family occupancy Room. Moreover the Manager himself was so RUDE and ARROGANT and said “Go and Do whatever you want to, even a Bad Review on Google, doesn’t matter”. Everything is rosy till you book the room, So be careful and cautious, check and get confirmation on what they are providing before finalising the room/s.

Shravan2016★★★★★They treat you like theives, don't give Ac remote in room saying it gets stolen!!! They have no experience in Hotel management! Very Unprofessional Housekeeping used the same mop to clean toilet and then room floor UGH! Only the rooms interior is good. Pathetic Hospitality! No service, you have to remind them to replenish water and mini bar daily. Since it's new rooms feel good, with their maintenance definitely will not be in a condition to go in a couple of months.

Belliulle★★★★★I stayed in Sky Lodge for 4 nights with two friends, visiting Tumkur for a wedding. Most of the staff was nice so i don’t blame them, but the manager (i think, guy at the reception, bald on the top with white hair on the sides) was the rudest person I’ve ever met.||||- during my whole stay with 2 other people, they NEVER cleaned the room, even if we requested it more than once. When we complained at the end of the stay he said it was our fault because we didn’t give them the key and they had only one, but they had never asked us for the key and also we did see them going in our room with the spare key! ||- whatever we asked for (even just a coffee) took at least two hours ||- even if it wasn’t checkout day, the man demanded for the money and literally didn’t let us leave until we gave it to them! We missed the first wedding cerimony (the whole reason for coming to Tumkur) because he wouldn’t let us leave until we paid.||||DON’T GO TO THIS HOTEL.
