“My name is Prasad, and I stayed in this PG for about 4 months. I want to share my honest experience for anyone planning to join. Many reviews mention that the PG owner is friendly. In my experience, he is friendly only as long as you don’t raise concerns or point out genuine issues. If you speak about problems related to PG facilities such as beds, washrooms, or bed bugs, he does not take it positively. Even for basic room repairs, it can take up to a week or more, and sometimes nothing is done at all. When valid points are raised, the response is often to ask the tenant to leave, even though rent has already been paid. Hot water is available only at night, and even then it works only for a limited time. The major issue in this PG is bed bugs. I personally faced severe bed bug problems. I was bitten throughout the night, and when I informed the owner early the next morning and requested pest control, his response was that it was my responsibility to clean the room or leave the PG. No action was taken. Another serious issue is the condition of the beds. Most of the beds are bent and in very poor condition. Sleeping on them can cause severe back pain. Sakthi★★★★★If you are finding this comment you must be a lucky person because it’s hard to find a PG with good food in Bangalore. Not only the food, also the menu hits different. And the rooms feel good and 2,3 sharing rooms are available. Maintenance is done on alternative days. Rooms with Indian and western type of toilets are available. The owner is too kind and a friendly guy. Whatever help needed, he will do it at his best. Metro and bus facilities are in walkable distance. Parking facilities also available but you are responsible for the safety of your vehicle. So if you are searching a good PG in an affordable manner this suits well.
