Service is pathetic and staff is very rude and unhelpful. They made us change the table twice and the third table was too small for a meal. The waiter shouted , the room guests cannot wait, so the restaurant guest can wait. They even asked us to wait at the gate, if we didn't like the table even though there were other tables available at the restaurant. Location, food and Ambience is good. However, I couldn't enjoy my meal due to staff behaviour. I wouldn't recommend this place. The owner needs to look after the staff behaviour.

We came only for the restaurant en route to Goa. Washrooms were not clean or usable. Flush was not working and outside the washroom was full of flies and dustbin. Service was not great. Avoid going there if possible

This could easily be one of the hotels with the most beautiful setup, but unfortunately it also has some of the worst service. While the place may look impressive at first glance, the experience quickly goes downhill because of the staff. Their attitude is absolutely terrible — rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. It almost feels like they have no interest in helping guests at all. A place can have great interiors and ambience, but when the service is this poor and the staff behave with such disregard, it completely ruins the experience. Honestly, the staff attitude here is on a whole different level of trash, making the entire visit extremely disappointing.

Horrendous staff! Absolutely garbage service. Do not ever try hosting a big event or a function here... The staff is absolutely trash... uncooperative.. they will not provide extra towels or water... You pay for the room and then you are trapped... The manager actually argued with me about not being able to send a third towel for a double occupancy booking. Honestly, I can't even express how painful my stay was because of the staff and especially the really rude manager.

Garbage. Disgusting hotel policy. Avoid if you can. They denied us basic amenities such us extra towels. Never gave an option to even pay for the service - just straight up denied us the service. We had to leave the hotel without taking a bath.

Restaurant food is good. Waiters and staff disrespect you with attitude and not attentive at all. Every time you go there they will say food will be ready in 30mins but it comes in 5mins. Not sure why they are pushing the customers away.

Had a very bad experience at Apoorva Resort Veg Restaurant. The service was extremely slow and unprofessional — staff were not attentive at all. On top of that, they charged more than the MRP for beverages, which is completely unethical and against rules. For a resort that claims to offer premium service, this was a total disappointment. Definitely not worth visiting again.

We family of four went to this resturant(resort) for lunch, please be very cautious about bill they provide you - do not forget to double check + someone needs to tell them what is the difference between fresh lime soda and sprite, we ordered fresh lime soda but they brought us sprite so silly Also watch out for a semi bald waiter(dont know his name) this guy is super rude avoid him

Our planned pitstop on the way to Goa. But when we went inside it’s over crowded(over hyped place) we waited for 30min and gave up. We accidentally found a benne dosa spot, right at the end of the service road, dosa was 😋 😋

We visited this restaurant while traveling on the highway, really hungry and hoping for a good meal. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing due to the staff’s rude behavior. When we entered, we were told that the service was closed, even though the restaurant was clearly full and buzzing with activity. This was very upsetting and gave us the impression that they were unwilling to serve us. We felt unwelcome, and it spoiled what could have been a pleasant stop. I hope the management looks into this and trains their staff to treat customers with respect and transparency. We certainly won’t be returning here!

Poor service, pillow covers were not put, towel and soaps were brought very delayed. Food was awful bad. Didn’t bring what was ordered. The rice was uncooked. Buffet breakfast had very limited food Overall a bad experience for the money being charged.
