Very bad experience staying here. Food quality is extremely poor and not worth the high rent. The owner is very money-minded and always asks for extra payments. WiFi is very slow and unreliable even after multiple complaints. Electricity bill is charged separately despite already high rent. Rooms are very congested and uncomfortable. Not recommended at all.

Staying at Aikya pg is one of the worst experience I had. No privacy is maintained there even if you are staying in single accomodation room. And their charges are very high and don't expect them to return your security deposit they will deduct it with irrelevant charges I have already wasted my money here.

2 months before i joined to this PG. Construction is going on and huge noise everyday. Kitchen is messed up with dust and mud, Due to construction work. No washing machine working. No nonveg since i joined. Rent is too high. 1) No two sharing room. 2)6 sharing 8000rs + electric bill (1000rs) 3)4 sharing : 9000rs+electric bill(1000rs ) 4) No lunch only morning food will be available for lunch. 5)

Convience - 5/5 as the pg is located in a residential area Food - 4/5 but limited food, per person and can take only 2 chapatti's and Sunday's food won't be provided though the tenants are paying high rent. No food will be provided at festivals which will add as an extra expense. Wi-Fi - 2/5 tenants face issues frequently, when the complaint is raised issue is often ignored by the owner Parking - 1/5 congested parking Other expenses - electricity bill 300 per person which is excluded from the rent that is paid, only two washing machines for the whole PG and Sunday's washing machine is restricted to use. Opinion - PG feels more like a hostel as there are too many rules and regulations to be followed. When it comes to raising issues to the owner she's a bit egoistic. Money for value 2/5

I've not stayed in this pg, but I've seen some of my friends vacating from here due to high rent, bad internet connectivity, bad food, etc. in spite of taking 9.7k rent for 4 sharing they don't even provide nonveg meals for once a week.

The food is really bad except for the breakfast. They can't even make a simple egg bhurji properly. I can't even tell what dish is this, not egg bhurji, not boiled egg maybe somewhere in between. Also the edges of chapati are under cooked:(

Tenants stuff is touched, moved, shifted without even the permission of the tenant by the owner...and then she doesnt take resposibility of anything and if anything you damage you should pay but if she damages your thing its still your fault becauses you chose the pg...i don't reccomend anyone to join it but if someone wants to...you need to understand this isnt a place for you to come...period

Food quantity is to bad,only 3 idlis,2chapathi,2dosa.limited food is provided.No Curd is provided in Lunch and Dinner.Also we have to pay our current bill.They are already taking extra amount for maintenance(2000Rs)and telling that current bill should be shared with the room mates.Bathroom must be shared by 6 people.I haven't seen this type of Things in any PG's.This was my worst experience.I don't recommend people to stay in this PG.

I've not stayed at the PG but i went there while searching for PG. Looking at google review I thought it wold be great but in reality the PG was very small and there is no privacy and the room feels isolated and there's no natural light .Also rent is very high and you can definitely find better hostel at even better location and with better room .
