Pros: 1. Spacious and clean rooms, wardrobe to keep your accessories. 2. Peaceful and safe neighborhood with an adjacent park. 3. Approachable management in solving petty issues. Cons: 1. Poor quality food compared to other Pgs in the locality. 2. There is no gate locking system at night, I suffered from roommates banging the door late at night often. 3. Lot of pigeons in the dining area dirtying the table and surroundings. 4. Bit costly. 5. Difficult for students to study. Overall, below average experience.

The rooms are cleaned and spacious. The food was good. Even though I am a Malayali, I can adjust with the food they are providing. Also the owner's and staffs attitude towards us were very good.
