“We stayed during Christmas vacation. The service was very bad. They didn't provide the extra beds but they shared for it. When you call for simple water they didn't serve to the room after calling them multiple times. The same happened for my friend as well who stayed in the next room. The manager admitted the mistake and agreed the refund for missing the extra beds. He didn't keep his words and didn't transfer the money. Followed up for more than week and he was rude on the phone as well.Never experienced such worst service”

“Worst experience.. even 1 star is more for this kind of hotel. Customer service one of the terrible at this hotel. had booked room for 2 days didn’t have hot water for shower, were saying heater problem , the reception counter people don’t care about anything. Had called them many times to solve issue but they had 1 answer, will solve in some time. Bathroom water comes out in room as there is not proper setup. Don’t know how they charge this much money for this bullshit kind of service.”

“This is very unfortunate for us in this hotel as the valet staff knowingly gave my car keys to some local goons who has used my car one whole night and i was not informed until when I was supposed to go out for shopping then we came to that know that our car was missing they didn't inform us on their mistake until I escalated the issue to police then the manager called to local goons to get my car back which used what for I don't know. I have given the same complaint to local police station and got support for the police to sort out the issue and get my vehicle back. Over all I urge not to stay in this hotel in future for our own safety”

Nissy★★★★★This hotel is not in a convenient or easily accessible location, as it is situated too far inside. The front desk receptionist insisted on adding an extra bed and charging ₹1,000 for it, even though we clearly stated that we were not interested in using an additional bed. The staff’s behavior was disappointing, as they were not willing to listen to or understand our concerns. Another thing that surprised me was the marketing strategy inside the room. After paying for the room, guests are still encouraged to purchase snacks, chips, and beverages placed inside the room. These items should ideally be sold outside rather than displayed in the room, especially since children can easily be attracted to them. Moreover, the prices are higher than normal market rates. Overall, I was quite surprised by this approach to generating additional profit and found the experience unsatisfactory.

Karthik R★★★★★Worst service experienced. I checked in on 2nd January and was allotted Room No. 206. The receptionist assured that drinking water would be provided within some min but waited for half an hour not received, but even after repeated follow-ups, water was not provided. This caused serious inconvenience, especially for guests who urgently require drinking water. Such negligence reflects very poor service standards and is unacceptable in a hospitality setup. I request the management to look into this issue seriously and take corrective action to avoid such situations in the future. Disappointed with the service.

Sanjay Shet★★★★★The property as such is huge with good facilities but absolutely bad when it comes to maintenance and service. The rooms and bathrooms are worn out and run down and desperately calls for maintenance. The bathroom lacks privacy and in some rooms, the latch arent working. There is dust everywhere, linens dont look clean and most amenities such as lockers etc arent working. Mattresses are found strewn in the common areas and the overall upkeep isnt matching the property of this standard. The service levels are poor too, no one to collect our bags while checking out etc. Hot water seems like a perriniel problem. Overall disappointed

The manager was extremely rude we reached our room early and when we asked for any empty rooms we got 1 room at 8:55 and the remaining 2 rooms at 10:30 they didn't inform us of any extra charges at the time , but the charged us 1500 per room one day after check out. The manager was extremely rude even during interactions in hotel strongly recommend him to get some basic communication skills .

Neha Chourasia★★★★★Horrible experience. Why? 1.I wanted to book this place for around 50 people for a dinner party and so I happened to visit this place. I met the person at the reception, he asked me to wait as he was calling the manager. I had a puppy ( shihtzu) a toy breed in my lap. First they asked me to not keep him down as it's not allowed in the campus. So, few minutes later before the manager could arrive I asked them will my sweet little pet be allowed? I also added that I'll put him on leash and it's going to be 50 people who would be our people. It was surprising to hear a 'NO' from them. I don't know when the mindset of the people who own these resorts would change. Such retro thinking! 2. The road that takes you to the place is very ill maintained. Lot of huge road bumps on the way. Once you reach the place, it's beautiful architecture wise but definitely this place doesn't welcome you from the heart.
