“We booked a room at Oyo 30479 Green Wood Resort , Chikmagalur for 6 guests with booking id - BHLZ1524 for check-in dates on 29th June 2019 12pm onwards. When we reached the resort at 12:20 pm and showed the resort receptionist the booking message and mail they denied our check-in the resort as the booking was made for a cheaper rate as compared to the original resort fares and they completely denied us giving the room at OYO booked price. They argued with us that no one can give us rooms at that OYO price. My booking was already confirmed and complete payments were done but they refused to give any room and mentioned that their property has been removed past 2 months back but the OYO hasnt updated and repeatedly OYO is entertaining bookings for the property. Also the resort representatives were very rude and verbal in their responses. Can you please justify why there was a gap because of which we as a customer need to face such harassment and frustration at the oyo property site. Why did OYO entertained the bookings and payments when the property didnt allowed us to check in? It is very disappointing and disturbing to note that the OYO service has terribly degraded and i will ”

“The experience at the hotel is not good. Rooms are not lit properly. Once you enter, you don't feel comfortable. Although the bathroom was cleaned, but maintenance was not proper. The switch boards were hanging outside of their frames. The room had dust on unused places like drawer, almirah etc. Since this is the only place in that hill part, food was okay for survival, however you can't eat it more than one day - as Chappati was oil soaked paratha, mig veg was having too much oil, tea was bad. Coffee was cooked like tea... If you are not travelling with family or looking for Oyo like stay, cheers, this place is for you. Do not recommend for families as this is not you are searching for in chikmagaluru, believe me. Change your plans! This won't give you what you want! One more thing - Pool is not maintained, and the super guy awesome guy everybody is talking about, denied any service here(cleaning etc.). As solution I asked him to add chlorine to avoid getting water diseases. Additionally, the pool is not temperature controlled. The location of the hotel is good. If you are travelling by your own vehicle, you need to show good driving skills and moving in and out should be fi”

“Room are highly overpriced..Needs renovation for sure.Quality of food can be improved. Staff is nice snd cooperative though. Owner needs to look for rennovation. I ended up paying more 6k for 1 day which was not worth it at all.”

In fact, we observed black hair, worm in the seved food. Be aware friend never go there and try your luck. All staff are rude. In short very worst experience for me.

There was rice, sabzi and chicken. we got 2 chicken pieces anf when we went back to get another serving, they gave us the look and denied the serving. After that for next 2 days, we were made to feel uncomfortable.Nkr professional,money minded staff and service.The taste of the food was also bad, probably your hostel might have served you better. View is amazing for a mountain view room.

Paradise543291★★★★★Been to this place for having a lunch with my friend. Had ordered Rice, Dal fry, Paneer curry. It took an hour for them to serve the food. Served at perfect temperature. The presentation was worst. Coming to the taste, it was even worst. The paneer curry wasn't at all fresh. Had asked them to replace. Again the bring the same curry. Still the same. So we had ended with Rice and Dal. The efficiency of service was very poor. No attention towards customers. When we have complaint about the food to manager, we got a very poor reply from manager. He was saying it was fresh and good and no one has complained. While the person who had served agreed with us that paneer wasn't fresh. But the manager refused and started argued with us. Third class behavior. He doesn't have any sense how to talk to the customers. He was very rude an unprofessional with us.

Sonu Kumar★★★★★Worst resort i have ever visited. No service. The staff is having one excuse for everything- a lot of rush is there so there is an issue. they are charging equivalent to a 5 star hotel, and not even providing services of 1 star. Taking a taxi via resort staff is another scam here.

shailendra singh★★★★★not to good very bad experience especially weekends they r changing the room prices on mornings. very bad service but receptionist is too good. as per my suggestion stay at chickamagalure .1) light started at 6 PM and stops at 9 am. 2) no TV. 3) no hot water. 4) food quality is very bad. 5) no services at all 6) no management at all.

Like seriously??? Is that how you serve for people. Please better be concentrating on this part because people who are sick and need to take their medicines on time before or after food. They will be suffering a lot. Not good.
