Had a really good experience staying at Ayra’s Living. Owner is really sweet, humble and very polite always. care taker was also very helpful. place was also comfortable, clean, and easy to settle into, and I genuinely enjoyed my time in this PG. everything felt smooth and hassle free, which made day to day living simple. cleaning happened daily, washing machine on every floor so i didn't had to wait to wash my clothes, hot water available 24×7. Overall, I’m glad I chose this place and would happily recommend it.

Very new PG/ hostel in Vaishnavi nagar, they are one of authorised hostel vendors to IBIS college. Rooms are very modern, neat and well maintained. Homely and tasty food provided which meets both north and south cuisine. Had a very good time at Ayras Living and would recommend IBS students a to prefer this anytime over other pgs. And very friendly owner and manager vasu.

A very good experience in this PG. The owner of this PG is very cooperative. He makes sure that all the problems that occur is solved as soon as possible. One of the best PGs for IBS Bangalore students. Electricity is 24 hrs as they have a power backup. Food is also great.
