Worst room service, No availability of drinking water service, television not repaired yet from 4 days. Even daily 2 times reminding to management all these things. The good think is breakfast, lunch, dinner is good quality and tasty..

It's was a bad experience for me . I stayed three days and the hotel is look so good from outside and they are not maintaining it properly. Service was zero . The blankets and linenes was dirty, we asked to change it and they didn't change it. Washroom are dirty and stinging. Rooms are good and good infrastructure but they are not maintaining. May be lack of staffs .hotel having a good parking lot and safe there . but need to be good at services too.

Worst management, I guess they have kept only for the competition for Ganesh Grand, taste quality hygiene everything was bad. I never ever experienced such a worst taste of sweet lime soda and another worst part is they don't use card payment and they don't have change for 2000 Rs .. fed up

Noted points while Checkin :- 1. Rooms not cleaned. 2. Bedsheet, Pillow covers not changed. 3. Drinking Glass and water jug seems not been cleaned in the last 6 months. Dark rust and spider net was available. 4. The geyser was not working and found electric shock when it started. Then provided another room's bathroom which was also very dirty. 5. For 2 guests they provided only 1 bottle of water and 1 shop.

The worst place I ever visited, staff behaviour is not good at all receptionist and manager doesn't know how to talk to a customer at all. Booked the room online went to the place an hour earlier than the check-in time talked to the receptionist and the manager who denied check-in and was asking 1,200/- where as I booked the room around 900/- via online app. And the manager was asking 30% extra for an hour before check-in time. Talked to the customer care where I booked the room and the manager agreed. Customer care guy asked me to go and talk to the manager, sir your room is ready. Went to the manager and he again denied check-in and started whining about 1,200/- again. I left the place at the same time. My suggestion don't book here online or offline. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Poor maintenance, won't clean the used dining tables immediately, customer has to adjust pushing the used plates to make space... Cashier himself cleans the table, takes the amount, serves the food.

Booked though OYO worst experience. Committee the descent room. When I did check in its Dirt stinky toilet no mirror no almari. No drinking water. O my god it's really shameful service.

Very very bad hotel. The curd rice had sand and rocks, the rice was not cooked and the curry and sambar given in the Thali was very bad, the staff were very rude, totally the place was very unhygienic and bad.
