I have booked a stay on 21st Feb, and the booking was confirmed, but when I called the homestay manager they told all rooms are booked, if rooms are not available they should have posted as sold out, but even after receiving booking confirmation they denied to provide the room, This is the worst experience i have faced ever. Donot book this homestay online, you may receive booking confirmation but rooms will not be available on your holiday plan time.😡

Property is good and in front of the beach. Equipped with all the modern facilities. However, there were big spiders in the room. Room was not cleaned I guess since I found a lighter and long hairs behind the bed mattress. Also, there is no scooty rentals nearby this place so make sure you get a scooty while coming to this place.

Beach side accommodation. The 1BHK we stated in,did not have even a single usable window. Either we open and door and welcome the mosquitoes or suffer without ventilation. The bathroom didn't have any ventilation. Price is high for such accommodation.

Great location for a peaceful vacation away from the city hustle. Hotel staff were very helpful. Apartment was clean and comfortable. As the property is far from city, there are limited options for food. You can order from Swiggy or order home cooked food via hotel, which was decent. You have to order home cooked food at least 4 hours before. We faced few small issues with food and some repair work in the room, but it was manageable.

The ambience is great, with a private beach. However, note that swimming is not allowed in the sea here as the waves are a little rough. The beach is alive with a variety of creatures and clean because it's mostly empty other than fishermen. As for the place itself, it's a great spot to chill. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, you will wake up to the sound of peacocks all around. The homestay is clean and well-maintained, with a good, high-speed Wifi connection and a Netflix subscription. The manager took very good care of us and we enjoyed the stay. I was here to just chill over the weekend, so I cannot say much about the sights and sounds around the place. However, there's kayaking activity in the backwaters very close by (Yamuna Water Sports). If you're looking for anything else, just ask the manager and he'll provide a few suggestions. This is a homestay and food is not included by default, however there's good home made food service available here that you will need to order in advance. Other than that you can order from Swiggy or Zomato (lots of options around). As a last thing to note: if you're coming from Mangalore Airport note that Ola and Uber cab services are a joke

Very nice place to stay. Just a few meters from the beach. The caretaker is also good and helpful. It has a comfortable hall, kitchen and room within the accommodation. If someone can cook, there is no issue at all. But if you don't, food is the big problem as they don't serve from the local kitchen. Zomato and swiggy delivery is available, but it won't feel fresh by the time it reaches.

Fabulous property to stay at in lovely Mangalore! The place is sea facing and evenings are magical if u just sit in the balcony with family and Friends! The rooms are massive with all facilities for convenient stay. This is more like a serviced apartment rather than a hotel room although the cleanliness is top notch! 𝙹𝚊𝚒ram is a fantastic host and made us feel welcome and at home! Will love to visit again!

We got the top floor flat and the view from terrace was amazing. It is a bit far from city so there are only few good options and Zomato and Swiggy. Ample car parking space. Just 50m from the beach Caretaker Jairam is super helpful and prompt. Definitely worth it.

Amazing Amazing Stay in the outskirts of Mangalore! We were a group of 5 girls and this placed served everything that we were looking for in our trip. It is absolutely safe as it is not isolated, beautiful as it is located in front of the beach and elegant and clean as it has amazing interiors and facilities. The caretaker Jayaram was very helpful and arranged home cooked delicious breakfast for us. The owner (whom we missed to take the name) made sure to check on us everyday. All in all, a great place that we can strongly recommend!
