Horrible PG Experience - Terrible Food, No Deposit Return, Rude Staff. Avoid! I strongly advise anyone considering this PG to seek alternative options. I was deeply dissatisfied with the unprofessional conduct of the staff, particularly PANKAJ, who exhibited an alarming level of rudeness and disrespect towards the residents.

Worst pg... Only looking for money... Owner would only ask for money and for money he would even call you at odd times but once you give money and ask for service you won't get at all.... My rooms tv was out of order for had been asking for repair but he made me wait 3 months and ultimately got pissed of and left the PG.... Also the fan stopped operating so asked for a technician to fix it but they didn't provide any for 5 days then appointed a technician on my own.... Food is just horrible.... Almost everyday had to eat from outside.....pls don't opt this PG at all....

The biggest pro for me is that it's super close to my office and the rent and advance are way more affordable than most of the other pg's around. You're better off sharing the room with at least one person - 6.5k, and reduce 500rs as the number increases. There can be times of water shortage and power cuts, but usually it's taken care of fast. The owner speaks English, which I think is a great plus and also has Google Pay, again a plus, since there's no atms nearby. The con is that, there ain't any shops nearby, except for that Bawarchi hotel and if you're okay with walking, you may cross the road and find stores or walk about 2kms on this side and find stores.

Location is one of the biggest cons since it's in the dead end of the service road, specially when u don't have your own vehicle. If u don't ask for something u don't get it & have to run after the owner if u want to get something done like repair work etc. Food is fine. Environment is ok. Overall experience moderate.
