Very disappointing experience at Stanza Living Ronda. The rooms had bed bugs, cleanliness was very poor, and basic facilities like electricity and water were frequently problematic. For the price they charge, such issues are unacceptable. Management should seriously improve hygiene and maintenance for residents.

Literally worst property in stanza, all of them are worst tbh, i came here just by the name of stanza.. after 1 month i realized i made a huge mistake and couldn't leave because of contract as deposit was there, even after completing my contract i didnt get my deposit refunded. Food is also worst, many got food poisoning by having food here. Not worth paying just in name of Stanza.

First of all.. Very much overpriced..compared to its competitors.. Food is ok..manageable.. The rooms have a undeniable stench from the generators outside.... Trust me go to zolo which offers the same sevices at a cheaper rpice.. And to to top it all off thier behaviour during the pandemic has been the worst.. Still they're overcharging us despite no one staying there.. Trust me and go somewhere else..

Soo many hidden charges(common area electricity, room electricity, internet, water, maintain, application onboarding and deboarding charges). Untidy common areas and kitchen. Management will take Zero responsibility on any concerns. No roads in the area, much polluted during sunny days and muddy roads during rains. To get your refund back they will add 10 to 15% hidden charges and pack back that amount as security refund. Clever cheating was taught to all the management staffs in thus PG. Really wondering how people are giving more than 1 star for this pg.
