We recently visited this resort and, unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The overall facilities were not up to the mark. The food quality was below average, lacking both taste and variety. To make matters worse, both my wife and I developed skin rashes after using the pool or amenities, which raised concerns about hygiene standards. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.

Today I checked out...I was very disappointed with the stay. Bathroom water heater dose t work properly it takes 20 minutes to make water hot. For working people not recommended. The service is very poor. Dinning is far from rooms in rain they don't even send electric vehicle for pick up. Specially Food service is very bad. I will come frequently to Bangalore but choose Spree instead of Taj. Service is very bad at Spree resort.

We had been to the Spree Resort last week. In terms of hospitality, the staff at the place is aggressive and lack of social graces. They should learn how to treat their clients, especially Deepu, who had horrible behavior. The staff was terrible. The room was fine, but the bed size that was specified in every booking app was completely different. The food was average, took a long time to make, and did not meet expectations in terms of taste. Although they had stated that check-in would begin at 2, when we arrived at that time, the room was still being cleaned. The most awful part was that they gave us a regular room, which is not as luxurious as the suite we had booked. Would recommend people not to visit this resort.

The service is extremely horrible (you will have to call the reception atleast four to three times for one ro service). And the staff's are rude too. The menu is quite a misleading one, we ordered a hot chocolate in turn we got milk with cocoa powder and it looked nothing like hot chocolate. Food was horribly cooked too.

This is my experience at Spree Resort, which we booked through Agoda. We found the place spacious with nice views, but upon arrival, the manager, Deepu, informed us that the Suite room was not available and tried to offer us an executive room instead. Deepu's communication was poor, and he was rude, causing frustration. The check-in was delayed, and we waited for hours. Deepu also argued with us in public, demanding payment, and was disrespectful to his employees. The resort overcharged for the room. We had a negative experience and does not recommend staying at Spree Resort, blaming Deepu for ruining our vacation.

Our stay at Spree Resort, booked via Agoda, began well with picturesque surroundings. However, numerous unsettling incidents overseen by the resort manager, Deepu, marred our experience. His brusque communication, attempted room downgrade, and public payment confrontation created a hostile atmosphere. Additionally, the exorbitant charges for subpar accommodations disappointed us. Regrettably, we advise against choosing Spree Resort due to Deepu's disrespectful behavior, negatively impacting what should have been a rejuvenating getaway. Place was good. But I'm giving 1 rating only coz of Deepu. Can't forget how he was threatening us and also receptionist. Deepu spoiled our weekend.

Had done the booking but when I reached at the hotel they said it's overbooked I had to wait for 45 mins and didn't get a proper response i was with my two kids and had to book a hotel at the middle of night they didn't even try calling and sending a mail and giving stupid reasons that they were busy will never recommend it
