I have stayed for one month in June 2022, room on 4th floor and my experience was just horrible! Room rent 24k, advance 5k. The sales guy lied that there is only one last room available and took advantage of my helpless situation back then. The lift broke down on the first week and wasnt repaired till 2 weeks. The kitchen and eating area is on the 7th floor so you can imagine what it felt like without lift. The food was still okay, but you have to literally compete with others in a long line to reach for it. The room is small compared to the rent and there were no cooking facilities or fridge as promised by the sales guy. The balcony opened to another guys balcony and it was extremely suffocating. Finally, the worst thing is the failure to impose any kind of restriction. I was staying alone in an all boys floor and the guy opposite door used to have outsiders coming over all the time. There was loud music coming from his room whole night even on weekdays and smoke and alcohol smell all around the floor. Remember the water filter and other appliances are in the common area and one for the entire floor, so I had to cross this guys room everyday. I had complained about this to the ow

The owner and his lackeys are cheats. 7 of my friends and I stayed at one of the PGs of the same owner(that PG is now sold to someone else, so I am putting my review here because it's the same owner), they took 5,000 as security deposit from each of us. When we were leaving the building, we called multiple times, but no one came to give the refund. Now that we are not in Bangalore, most of the times they does not pick up our calls, and when they do they keep telling "I'll give tomorrow" but they haven't given the refund. It's been more than 30 days. They also talk very rudely, they easily get angry if you point out even a single thing logically. The owner is simply after money, and will cheat the tenets in every possible way to make as much as possible. Staying at any of the PGs owned or managed by Pradeep Naidu, Nuthalapati Balaji is not recommended.

The Guy who was at reception was horrible! I had a terrible experience when i visited on 8th nov 2024 to check if there are any available to stay. Firstly he said No bed was available as of now ! Then he started asking about your company and salaries , then he said there is availability then showed rooms ..worst ever person at reception who judges by your outlook! Note: I never stayed here i just visited!

I have recently moved to this PG.I'm facing a lot of issues here & the manager(Sameer) is either doesn't pick the call or says he will look into it but never provides solution: 1. Power cut - It goes for 30 mins everyday atleast once, sometimes couple of times or sometimes for 3 hrs as well. It seems they don't have power backup. 2.Coz of electricity cut, we have to take stairs. 3. They took 3000rs in beginning in the name sake of providing deep cleaning, which is nothing but a normal sweep & mop. Washroom are having spiders net, small cockroaches as well, didn't provide new basic stuffs(Bucket, mat etc) , its quite older. ******New Comment******" Thanks for showing your positive attitude. So let me tell you your currently going issue. My friends are still staying in your pg & they said - There is no water coming since 1 week, even though you have said water tanker will come twice - mrng & evening. It only comes in evening for just 3 hrs, now can you imagine how people will manage their washroom usages in Mrng when everyone has to go to office daily. & If they reach out to the managers , they will not even look at them instead they say, water will come n wait.

I've stayed in the Kings & Queens extension pg for a month in 2022. The rooms were decent, clean with required amenities. They take the rent in advance and a security deposit as well which is understandable. Deposit was refundable after vacating, they would deduct the maintainance fee. I vacated by giving them almost 25 days notice. However the management didnt refund the deposit right away and said they would transfer online in a few weeks time. It has been 10 months now and they still haven't refunded my security deposit. Whenever a message is sent, it is just left at seen status. When called first time after a couple of months without update, the caretaker said he will check with the owner and when called back a second time 9 months after I vacated he claimed to have stopped working there and doesn't have the number of the owner. I would avoid this place and wouldn't recommend to anyone else who wants their security deposit back. Thing to note is they have a cluster of pgs, studio rooms in this area Kings & Queens, Kings & Queens extension, Rainbow, etc. Edit: I posted here since I came to this pg and was taken to the extension pg by your staff.

Many services were promised such as changing the bed sheets weekly, dryer for drying clothes n etc they failed to deliver it. I've been paying rent on time regardless of current situation. It's been 4 months I'm stuck at my home town, finally when I got ppl to move out my stuffs from that place they didn't refund the whole refund money, they deducted 20% without any reason even though I did give the check out date exactly by their rules but they refrain to abide by their own rules. Bad experience!! not recommended !!

Worst experience ever.. They don't give back refundable deposit amount at all.. I stayed at Hoodi campus with my friends.. The manager Suresh was very rude.. Three cycles were stolen from parking but they didn't bother to even talk to us.. When we went to police they gave us 3000 each for 15000 cycles.. Lastly after giving notice also they forced us to leave by 5th of the month and gave just 3000 while the refundable part was 8000.. Never ever fall in their trap.. Full scam..

I lived there for 15 days, 3rd class food, and upon vacating the owner refused to pay the security money back even upon notifying him on the day of entry to the space. In my case he even asked me to pay another months rent, stating I did not notify anyone, Upon declining to pay the extra cash, he called the police and bribes them and prepares a list of flase allegation like theft . This is an extortion centre, Avoid visiting this place especially North Indians.

Do not trust on there spoc person Very bad experience Offer you something and will deny Mr.Suresh your spoc offered me rent for single occupancy for 2 month with some amount And I acknowledge that and told him will be coming Monday Currently in E city, today was about to shift and now he say I didn't make any promises if you want to stay come or pay more rent Infact he helped me with the amount bifercation as well that partial payment to be upfront rest next month. Now he denied whatever he was saying I was typing in whatsapp infront of him and that why I decided to choose kings and queens But this is false assurance

Worst PG….they don’t provide good service…they say the room will be clean 6 times a week and they hardly clean twice a week for that you have to complain it to manager..if you’re a working professional don’t go for it cause the WIFI is worst here and manager doesn’t bother at all no matter how much you complain.
