This pg was maintained by Jamsheer who is a fraud.i paid 6500+3000(advance) for joining this pg.i joined after asking about a situation in which i leave before one week and this fraud jamsheer had offfered to return advance amount(3000)deducting 500 rupees.i leaved the pg due to hospital emergency in my hometown and this fraud jamsheer said to me that he will give the 2500 in one week.after reaching home i called hime he is not picking.after one month of continous calling he messaged me that he will give the amount as early as possible.i have the screenshots.now it has been 8 months and he is not answering call or messages.i suggeat not to go to this pg because of this fraud he took 9500 from me for 5 days

Based on my experience: to much coackroach in room if we rise qurery also they will not take any action we need to live with that coakroach only No timely food will be provided for lunch and dinner . we have to wait for minimum half hour to one hour taste wise 2 /5 .if its delayed also not every one will not be served equally there will be shortage of chapathi or any sub items . 24 hrs bathroom water will be provided water heater available parking facilities we need to align to their timings no flexible openings will be there. Daily room cleaning facilities available weekly once or twice toilet cleaning. one washing top loaded 7kg machine for entire pg . Beds and pillow will be provided. no hot water for drinking . One metal cupboard will be provided to safe guard your belonging

PG location is very good. Railway station, metro and highway are very near. All daily need shops are also nearby. Rooms are spacious But food is very bad and NO POWER BACKUP. I am very disappointed with food. The quality is very poor and needs improvement

Pg was very easily located. Rooms were cleaned daily and toilets on the alternate days. My room was quite airy and had luckily got a decent and clean roommate. All-over a well maintained pg. Owner was well spoken whenever I had trouble. He is kind. But the food was never on time, quality was average. The manager has to be improved in better ways. I hope they are doing well now in the pg and food and refunds are on time.
