I've been staying here for a month now and I sincerely don't recommend it. 1. The common area and the corridors are indeed pretty clean. 2. They say they give you washing machines and they do, but they are always occupied as there are only two. Plus no proper place to dry your clothes. 3. Substandard food quality and quantity. There is a shortage almost every day. 4. Irresponsible behaviour by the resident captain. Doesn't pickup calls. Calls you only when the rent is due. 5. They promise you hot water and do not provide you with any stating "it's raining outside and all we have is a solar water heater". Seriously? You expect us not to take bath during rainy seasons? 6. Exorbitant pricing. If am facing all the issues that I'll face in any other local pg, what the point in paying so much? Plus you don't get your deposit back if you leave before the contract period has ended. 7. First they tell you'll only have to pay the first month rent as advance, then at the time of onboarding you are told to pay the first month rent with it as well. How hard is it to be fully clear about the finances? 8. The food is predominantly north indian. Cant have it for long. 9. The picture in their websi

being faced by the residents of Stanza Living Rostock House in Mathikere, Bengaluru. Despite repeatedly raising these concerns with the local Stanza Living management, including City Head Sanjeev and Cluster Head Nisab, no effective steps have been taken to resolve them. We are left with no choice but to escalate these matters to higher authorities. As residents, we pay a substantial amount of ₹1.2 lakhs annually, yet the services provided are far below acceptable standards. Below are the primary concerns we face: Misconduct by Stanza Living Staff: The sales team and management, including Nisab and Sanjeev, have been dismissive and unprofessional in their behavior. Instead of addressing our concerns, they have exhibited rude and inappropriate conduct, abusing their power and responsibilities. Substandard Food Quality: The quality of food provided is extremely poor, despite numerous complaints and evidence (videos) shared with the management. This has led to a significant amount of food being wasted daily. This raises serious concerns regarding food safety and hygiene. Terrible and worst service. Firstly, there has been a hot water issue for a month and the internet service here is very primitive and has a data limit of 75GB with only speed of upto 5 mbps whereas other PG's provide unlimited internet with much higher speeds

One of the worst pg, they dont care about your living. If you complaint of bed bugs or cockroach they would intervene. Barely just changes the mattress. You might would be hello, if you choose this pg

Not recommended. No security in the premises there is a digital lock on main gate which can be open easily without any password or instruments. You just have to kick the main gate litter harder and it will open. There was a security guard but due to budget problem the security services were withdrawn by Manager Niasaf. He just change the whole staff of Stanza and given a job to his own man. The food quality getting worst day by day after Nisaf taken a charge of manager. We talked to Sanjeev Kumar and Nisaf about the food quality and security but no one taking up action about the food. Worst quality of food is provided. Be aware of the sales man who booked your room cross check the aggreement before you sign it. They just do the fraud with the customers. I am a victim of these fraud. The sales person Krishna had done a aggreement for one year without informing me and my lock in period is also for the 1 year and if you breach your contract then they will not give your security deposit back. There is also a rent fluctuations I was paying Rs.13500 for double sharing and after 2 months the new residents were paying Rs.12000 for single sharing. Overall worst experience with the Stanza l

Don't choose stanza rostock. It is badly managed and the price is much inflated, its easier to find good places around at a much cheaper rate. They don't respond to any complains on time, have to keep nagging them for 2 weeks straight to get anything done. 1 out of the 2 washing machine isn't working since a month, there is no place to dry cloths in the rainy reason and sometimes your cloths will get lost. Rooms are very small for the price. Only good thing is cleaning and food. Finally, forget about your deposit, as much as I've known they don't pay your deposit back. Many reviews seems to be paid ones, beware of that as well. I wonder who'll come all the way here to five star ratings.

Had the worst experience here. They literally made us vacate this building and shift to Vilnius house, and they didn't even give 24hrs. The Resident Captain was like "vacate cause this building is going to be locked in few hours". This sounded completely horrific to me for the first few hours. This was a truly unprofessional behaviour from there side. It's like they can do anything with the six months contract, but you will not be able to end the contract if you are not ready to let go 1 month rent + security, no matter whatever inconvenience you had to face because of them. Absolutely displeased by STANZA LIVING.

Be aware of Local sale's Krishna , Taran , some people is there ! Stanza Is full of fake company , They say us one , they show us one! Don't go for any stanza property... In bangalore , 200+ property is there. Be careful about this sale's men.

STANZA LIVING ROSTOCK is a fraud !! They have useless management team of avaricious and irritating people, they never gave us the kind of rooms we expected from images and then didn't give a single penny in refund.A lot of my friends have suffered by choosing STANZA ROSTOCK . There are way more better options than Stanza in this area which are less costly and Don't Con people.
